I call in more than I ever have at a job (at my last job I called in twice the WHOLE year- during the pandemic) and got treated like my attendance was “okay” so now I use my sick time accordingly. Still, I’ve been at my current job almost 2 years and I’m starting to dread life because of it. I’m also in school full time, I have to get up at 4 in the morning to get a shift in before my class at 1pm three days a week. 4 classes and a full time job 😢 I have a hefty savings but my rent increased when I renewed 2 months ago. I’ll blow through my savings paying for everything if I quit smh. I need the recipe to leaving a job and still getting that unemployment, which I’ve never gotten. Let me know if you see this please!

Happened to me and I praise God for the opportunity I quit my Job knowing another job lined up. My boss was cool but I think he had things going on in his life and started to take it out on me.
