Just days prior to this tragedy a Taylor Swift concert was cancelled over an IS terror threat. If now 1000's of officers can be deployed on short notice EVIDENTLY 100's could have been sent to secure any and all "Taylor Swift" targets. The adjective you want is 'censorial'. There was a miscarriage of justice afterwards in who was convicted for that murder but that's a long story, the most striking thing for me is that those riots were much worse than this summer and guess what?.....There was NO internet, social media ,and not even texting and it still happened.
