Vilas Dhar is an artificial intelligence policy expert and the president of Patrick J McGovern Foundation. Dr Keyun Ruan is a world-renowned computer scientist and economist with a background in digital risk. She founded the Happiness Foundation to build a global collaborative network to reprioritise human wellbeing.
