You are yet to fully appreciate the immense privilege that you have by looking the way that you do. Looking attractive vs unattractive has a dramatic impact on how other people react to you and interact with you, and hence your fundamental quality of life - being accepted and wanted, vs being ignored and rejected. Please accept my observation in good faith. We need to try living in each others' shoes

judgement is inevitable, wether it is right or wrong, the choice we have is what we do with it. you are right when you say you should always strive to understand someone, and yourself, before trusting your impression of him but we should avoid to fall in relativism.

Dude I love you! I have literally been writing and creating monologues which describe, teach and share the exact same principles as you're getting at in this video. I love where your head is at. Hold onto that. The world as you grow through it can certainly attempt to chip away at our spirit, to dampen our hopeful views and kill off our progress through disillusionment - so keep these principles in your heart and always return to them for reference as you take each new step of development and it will serve you well. On a different note - that mic you're using is a little boomy and makes it challenging to hear you clearly especially in an environment where there are background noises. I suggest purchasing a separate mic. If you can't afford one I'll buy you one myself. Would be worth it to hear more of your thoughts. - A

Thanks for the comment, I really enjoyed your insight. I’ll think about getting a mic for sure

Judgement of others is insecurity of the one judging, low self esteem and a feeling of dominance over others. This dominance is manifested through a background of judgement, the irony is real. So, if we as humans just treat each other with respect, that would go a long way.

It's refreshing to see young people like yourself, actually realizing and identifying with it.

I just hit the do not recommend button. Tire of these young kids getting on here and talking like they know it all. They are just barely out of diapers and they want to tell us about life. It's just sickening , live 50 years then talk about life.

Ok man, I’m not going to lie I don’t care. Worry about yourself and don’t be concerned with what I’m doing. Learn open mindedness

You didn’t give me any criticism, I have a job, I didn’t act like a baby I was mature. You don’t know me, don’t try to act like you know me. I would never associate myself with someone as negative and hateful as you are. I feel bad for you and I pity you because you have this way of thinking. I may be young but I’m obviously much more mature than you, seen as im the one trying to help people and your judging a teenager so you can feel better about yourself. Go do something with your life. Godspeed

People are so quick to judge when they don't know all the facts. Look at Harry Potter and Snape who hated each other. Harry blames Snape for killing his friend Dumbledore and creating a new order in the wizard world with Voldermort. Only in the last few hours does he realise the truth and ends up naming his son after him. So don't judge when you don't know all the facts. Great video

Thanks some interesting points. You say ‘why do I judge a person for doing something I don’t do?’ That’s a healthy baseline attitude but occasionally you will run into a person who claims to hold such and such a standard, that’s okay as each to his own, but the problem arises when that person makes it their mission to tell you and the world to do the same I see this mostly with religious or very activist types who love to claim they live by (their version of) ‘Gods or some other moral rules’ and preach that everyone should do the same. That’s rude and may be very dangerous to them and others especially if they have a secret life where they break those rules. Judging that sort of person is the right thing to do. However it’s most important to realise that with rare exceptions any ‘judging’ you do should be limited to yourself as a self examination to seek out wrong things you either think or do.
