I'd like to give you another video idea :) Read a book with these tactics after finishing, record a video and summarize the book, talk about what did you learn from that book? And why those informations are essential for you why specifically kept that information. And also some questions, 1)while reading a book how i might decide whether the information is important or not? I mean, keeping all the information in my brain is almost impossible and i need to choose something important while reading, do you have any advice for that :) 2) While memorizing all those things are you in focused mode or diffused mode? mix?

good question 2nd one..

I love your ideas Enver. Will definitely try and incorporate them. 1) Most people believe that they need to remember everything, which is not really the case. Deciding what's important and what's not is a personal thing. What's important to one person may not be as important say to another. If you Mind Map what's important to you then it will help you weed out the other unimportant bits and create a greater focus on the content. 2) Memorization is a concentrated effort, hence it falls under the focused mode.

Great vid! Suscribed. So if I wanted to combine both chunking and using a visual guide methods, I would have to move the pen, not in a continuous line from left to right, but in "jumps", from center of chunk to center of chunk? Greetings from Argentina!
@TanselAliMemory4 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your kind words and subscribing Nick! You can most definitely use a jumping style technique when combining both chunking and visual guide. To be honest there is no wrong or right way. Whatever feels nice and natural to you, and most importantly gets you reading is the best. I myself zig zag along the page when using both methods together. This just happened naturally without me focusing on doing one particular technique "right". Play around and see what works best for you. Hope all is well in Argentina!

thanks again for the videos. Do you know how we can apply the speed reading to remember technical skills like programming or I.T. remebering things where there are commands you have to remember.
@TanselAliMemory4 жыл бұрын
How about I make a video about that? Great question and I'm sure there are many people that are asking the same question.

I am just curious, when you first started, how many words did you start chunking together at a time?
@TanselAliMemory Жыл бұрын
three words at a time then to five then to eight. Keep going naturally until you find what's best for you.

I started practicing this using my finger as help, but I lose some comprehension doing this. Will this loss reduce as I get better at this reading method and finding the ideal speed?
@TanselAliMemory3 жыл бұрын
Good question. Visualisation of the content is important. If you can generate focus around how you visualise the content, without worrying too much initially about your finger then you will be able to improve your comprehension.
@wasg10193 жыл бұрын
@@TanselAliMemory tbh i just figured something out. I have decent comprehension actually. I just have to concentrate more than im used to with thid method if i want good comprehension aswell. I guess it gets more comfortable as i improve.
@TanselAliMemory3 жыл бұрын
Ok if that’s the case then it’s just about testing various speeds and keeping up with practice. Great work 👍

Mr. Ali how many words can you read per minute?
@TanselAliMemory Жыл бұрын
Depends on the text I'm reading. Anywhere from 500WPM to 1000WPM.

reading is the biggest problem in my life > so what is the maximum chunk we can go?
@TanselAliMemory2 жыл бұрын
The chunk size depends on how well you encode groups of words together to give meaning. I say start with chunking 3 words at a time until you get comfortable.
