About the Video:
Mental Health affects everyone. From youngsters to senior citizens, the mental health pandemic is creating challenges for our society as a whole. Research finds that human to human interaction is key to a healthy mind. Tashvi researches intergenerational interactions and how they impact both the parties positively. She suggests for creating eco-systems where seniors could mentor youngsters and youngsters could in turn help seniors out in their life with technology among other things. This 2-way interaction can be the natural solution we are looking for.

About the Speaker:
Tashvi studies in Grade 12 from DPS Bangalore East Cambridge and IB and is a tech author on multiple online publications. She ideated a platform for intergenerational connections to reduce mental health issues via the elderly mentoring teens. She is also working on a research paper based on market research and UX designs for an app. Her SCM Youth Talk will showcase a solution for mental health by connecting senior citizens with teenagers.

An advanced communication skills fellowship program for “the youth who will create the Future We Should Have”
A fellowship program where young achievers, researchers and change makers get mentored to present their body of work in the form of a TED like video which explains their work in a simplified, relatable manner.
The fellowship trains them to be more social media savvy, improve their personal branding and brand projection skills.
The purpose is to empower the true champions of their generation to spread their message and showcase their work to the world.
