How Can One Perform The 4 Rak'ahs Sunnah Before Dhur Prayer? | Shaykh Waleed Basyouni | Faith IQ

Each prayer has a sunnah prayer attached to it. We know that Dhur prayer has 4 raka’hs sunnah prior. How should these 4 rak’ahs be performed?
The best way is to pray 2 rakah's, complete that and then make another 2 rak'ahs.

so after 1 rakat then saying tasleem for the 2 rakat do i say Allahu akbar and say 2 surahs or do i say 2 surahs normally without Allahu akbar ? when he says do another 2 rakat does that mean u start over with new intention or u continue like praying 4 rakat but u say tasleem after 2

You should either speak to someone after ending the sunnah prayer or should take a step to the right,left,back or forward (as you wish). It should be seen that the 2 raka fard arent a binding prayer to the 2 raka sunnah ❤

PS ENTERTAINMENT you should pray them day, after the adhaan, its best you pray dhur suannh 2 &2 rakahs. So the prophet (pbuh) whoever prays 12 Rakahs a day, Allaah will build a house in Heaven for you. Hope that answers your question

12 raka includes:- *2 raka of fajr before farz prayer *4 raka before and 2 raka after zahur farz prayer *2 raka after maghrib farz prayer *2raka after isha farz prayer

Except when u enter a masjid before maghrib time and u want to sit and there is a lot of time till iqama then it is permissible to pray 2 rakat during this prohibited time as the prophet pbuh said we must not sit until we offer 2 rakah

Yes u can. Use islamqa and google if u still fee unsure or ask at the mosque. The sheikh would be best. Allah swt knows best
