Jon Cooper might be available. Just saying. There are a handful of tremendous candidates available. Aside from coaching, I think the goaltending situation has to be stabilized before this team can start talking about playoffs. Korpisalo is not the guy, that's all I know today. There will be some major changes between now and October, I can guarantee you that much.

They have to improve the defence as it is now they are so soft, can you see these guys being as physical as the teams playing in this years playoffs. No way do I see that.

Expect DeMelo and Klevin on the blueline come October, and either Chabby or Chycrun traded. Klevin is a hard hitter.

I think he can make the right moves in the off-season to make enough difference to be in the playoff mix this next season.Ottawa needs to take advantage of the Arizona move,Sean Durzi and Jusso Valimaki are 2 up and coming right shot d men.Liam O Brein is another big player that could come as well.A lot of players felt cheated because of the move.The one player that probably would go to Salt Lake City is Chychrun and possibly Norris. The other need is a dominant top line center.Pinto is perfect as a second line center but not a top line center.Tim could go to the wing to play with a player like Draisatl.That would change stuff.There will be a shakeup in Edmontons top six Draisatl,Nuggent Hopkins,Hyman or McDavid.Hope for them to win the cup.

😂😂😂. No one wants Norris, not even Ottawa. We can’t afford anyone from Edmonton. We have $8M to sign 4-5 guys.

The difference between Draisaitil and Stutzle is the skating and passing. Timmy is much better at that and are necessary assets for a center. DJ Smith had a low hockey IQ and Jacques Msrtin is solely focus3ed on defense. You need a coach like Martin St Louis for Timmy to blossom.

@TheHojirt I agree on one thing you need another coach that will take him to the next level.Draisatl has proven himself.You make a player better by playing them with high end talent that are proven producers.Toews and Kane,Crosby and Malkin are some examples and both are multiple cup winners.

@user-md3ij9oc9q Another season without playoffs.Thats where your going on this.There are a bunch of players that could be moved Chychrun,Norrises LTIR contract,Brannstrom,Kubalik,Hamonic,Lassi Thomson,Joseph,Kastellic.If you can't make space by moving most or all of those players than your not doing your job.I would hate to see the team move but if success isn't reached this year your team will be moved.
