У нас азербайджанец хозяин камаза нанял сварщика топливный бак на 1000л заварить на машине. Сварной потребовал пропарить бак горячий кавказец послал его на х.. и полез варить сам. Итог был печальный бортовой камаза от взрыва лёг на бок, горе "сварщик " улетел на 10м за забор с летальным исходом. Труп. Вот и шутки с тб.

А мировое правительство понимает, что для обеспечения их всем тем, чем владеют жители Токио, Лондона и Парижа, придется выкачивать в 10 раз больше нефти, выплавлять в 8 раз больше металлов, рубить в 6 раз больше леса и тд. А запасной планеты у мировых банкиров нет. Тем более, что учредителям евро и доллара для сохранения уровня жизни достаточно 20 млн рабов-инженеров. Так что либо "босых" им придется истребить очередным ковидом, либо "бельгийцам" устроить такие платежи и налоги, чтобы они начали потреблять скромно. Либо оба варианта одновременно.

Во время торможения, разгона и поворотов рулем, жидкости сохраняя инерцию передвигаются в баках (цистернах) и создают смещение центров тяжести. Перегородки предназначены для минимизации этих смещений жидкостей.

Nice built, but the fuel pipe need to be removable secured rounded with bolt in case if it get blocked by dent or something else, secondly the baffled plates has to be double section with many and small amount of holes that can keep the fuel from moving inside the thank.

Saldare senza protezioni adeguate è pericoloso per gli occhi, pelle e polmoni. Molti anni fa, quando eseguivo un lavoro analogo, per i serbatoi usavamo lamiera zincata, nel caso della lamiera nera, veniva verniciata internamente per evitare formazioni di grumi e sfogliature che intasano il flusso gasolio. Comunque avete eseguito un buon lavoro considerando la manualità di tutto il processo. 👍

Just copying the original tank. They are general fabricator and welder not specialist. Next day they might be fabricating entirely different item and so on that is why they cant affoard dedicated tools for specific fabrication coz next time they might not be doing same

very impressive. smart to keep the bolts in those fittings when welding to hold their shape. wonder if rusting is an issue since these looked like mild steel tanks? maybe just use a good fuel filter and change it often? maybe its hot enough in pakitstan/afganistan or wherever this is to evaporate the fuel and cover most of the inside and minimize rusting.

No..... actually there's a reason why we work in shalwar kameez....(that's what we actually call it...it's known as shalwar kameez A National dress of Pakistan 🇵🇰....) And in sandals....cuz temperature here can rise upto almost 50 degree Celsius....Yup it becomes very hot In summers.....so it's almost impossible for us to wear some tight clothing...and work manually...which requires a lot of physical manual doing....Plus the workshops aren't temperature controlled.... there's hardly a ceiling fan or the padestal fan would available in such shops....So we work in a dress code... which actually suits us.....Same goes for helmets , ANd protective gloves and special work shoes....etc etc. It's a normal here...so it's not a big deal or issue here....and surprisingly everything goes just fine....like it's always been....
