Certificate of Non Marriage with Apostille Stamp (CENOMAR) is one of the main requirements to get married here in the NL. If you’re married in the Philippines or in the UAE but failed to register your marriage then no record of marriage. If you’ve done the registration then you need to be legally separated first.
