Always keep your documentation!! BCC your personal email, print off and put it with all the other documents you’ve been keeping.

Never file complaint oral. Use companies grievance procedure and keep a copy. Complaints in general they may want to fire you but paper copy now laws defends you

@@safetybuddy I got fired within week of oral complaints at xpo logistics. But it was oral they blindsided me with termination. I had hard time to prove what happened. Also thus company has reputation fire people over small stuff But since then that termination made it hard for me find equal tier of jobs. Was forced into jobs less pay or worse conditions.

Question??? If you work at a Group home and you're being SEXUAL and RACIALLY HARASSED by the Clients, even after you Reported it to HR. Can you sue the company if NOTHING is CORRECTED and it Caused you Mental Stress until you're forced to Quit???

In a failure to promote case, with a lack of substantial direct evidence, can a person use things like the employer not following national policy and procedures to prove that discrimation may have been the cause? For example, the wrong type of interview questions asked contrary to what is required, using ratings of things such as number of months on duty used as a ranking tool when national policy forbids it? How likely is this approach to be successful?

I complained about sexual harassment that went on for months “they knew” to management, HR and the company tip line , I was fired two weeks later citing that I myself had engaged in misconduct as well , I complained in writing, they fired the harasser too..😢

Thank you Vincent for your excellent education. If the supervisor booked the hotel, and ordered staff to go to his hotel room. The staff did go to his hotel room, and the supervisor attempted to rape the staff, but fail. And a few days later, the staff was suspended. Can this be used as a strong evidence in court? Thank you.

How about having a email from your supervisor acknowledging your discrimination complaint? Is that potential evidence?
