If you have a valid Temporary Residence Card or your Id card being employed in any Eu country, you can use to go to other eu as tourist and you can also apply jobs and work permit AS LONG AS you found and EMPLOYER who will sponsor your permit.

You dont need to pass immigration sinced croatia is eu and schengen now, if you have permanent permit in croatia then you can work here, but if its temporary then its not allowed
