Great discussion--especially with the emphasis on the organizational benefits of actually sitting down with internal subject experts and have them explain and map causal processes--such a more valuable form of organizational knowledge preservation than a Sharepoint site of Word docs. Also highlights the need for advanced communication skills which Ishansh so clearly has--good stuff.
