I watched other videos that showed removing the whole assembly to change bulb. My extention wasn't long enough & the 10mm bolts don't line up very well with groove making it really hard to remove them. Came back on yt. to see if it's possible to change bulb from the trap door. & you did it. So grateful to find this video. I will try this method tomorrow am. 🤞 thank you.

Hey i have a few quick questions. Did you have a problem with the leds not turning off off all the way when you turned the headlight switch to off? I installed some of them off amazon, and they would never shut off by themselves until i fully turned the truck off. And lastly what way should they be oriented? With the leds facing outward correct? Thanks if you reply

Thats the way I installed mine facing outward . And its common for them to stay on longer . I will say I love the difference it made. Thanks for watching.

@@s33therfan okay, yeah they always are better than halogen bulbs and i have installed them on every other car in our fleet, if you align them right. I guess its a dodge issue with the canbus system where they flicker for a while. I ordered some harness that hopefully will fix the issue but we will see. Never had that problem before

I just replaced mine with leds and they stay on until I turn off the vehicle then wait for like 3 mins then they turn off I tried two different ones ... one with the anti flickering built in and other ones with the anti flickering separately and still doing the same thing

@@liftedtrucks2208 Hey buddy. Did you ever get the issue with the lights staying on figured out? I am having the same issue with Sylvania LEDs. Sometimes they don't even shut off at all. Waiting almost 10 minutes before I just unplug them.

I just got LED’s for my 05 Durango too and when I turn them off they flicker but after a good 10 to 20 seconds it shuts off

They offer led anti flicker devices on ebay . I have not yet tried one so Im curious myself how well they work. I know I had no issues on my durango but did on my vibe. Thanks for watching.

2 lights for the driver and passenger come with the kit. As an update these led lights have been amazing so far. Well worth the money and not only are the lights brighter but the lighting they produce is better , improving visibility. Thanks for watching.
