What I love is the example that he’s setting for his boy! I lost 185 pounds almost 19 years ago. I’ve kept it off. I workout 10 times a week. It’s my new addiction. ♥️ I’m 47 and I feel 30. You can do this! Decide to do it! And just do it!!

Start small brother. Just try walking a mile. Then 1.5 miles the next day. slowly make increments to the difficulty then maybe start jogging half a mile. As long as you constantly and progressively train it won't feel as hard.

BUT, I applaud those that want to change !!! This is amazing ! I know it can’t be easy !!! Great job to all those that said to themselves enough is enough and changed their bodies , and thus, their overall health and longevity ! 👍🏻😊

Hi. I would recommend going to their website to look at the packages. I got the one that includes the age 55+ program and it's worked wonders for me. I'm 46 and have had 3 major back surgeries. At the beginning of the year I was basically just getting by with life, dealing with back pain daily, 50 pounds overweight. I've lost 32 pounds as of right now, but more importantly I'm doing outside things with my son a lot now. Just last Friday I went kayaking with my son for over 4 hours. NEVER would I have imagined being able to do that 7 months ago! We even took up disc golf, which I NEVER would have thought I could have done with my back before, but we love it now. When you order the DVD programs, they come with a multiple 13 week workout plans. Mine with the 55+ had a 13 week in bed plan, a 13 week Sit to Stand plan, and a 13 week Standing plan where you use a chair for assistance. Then you also get the regular beginner and intermediate and Advanced 13 week programs as well. I started on the sitting program, and am now on the standing with a chair one. Of course eating healthier will help greatly too. But the exercises are what have really strengthened me. I hope that helps. I would recommend this for sure! Good luck to you!

As someone who once was 145 kg I'd recommend to find a person (not necessarily a "real" person; fictional will do) who will inspire you. What I mean is you need to find the person whom you would like to become yourself with all your heart.

Very interesting testimony. You underline that it takes purpose and dedication. That food has to become one of one's pleasure but can not the only one. Sure food, bad food is available everywhere, thanks american capitalism, and is an easy satisfaction. You rightly say that daily life is not always an easy journey, does not always offer an immediat reward but can be worth living. Thank you for sharing your journey and your thoughts, it is inspiring.

I know the likelihood of this being seen by DDP is slim but I feel compelled to share if for no other reason than to get it off my chest. I have loved wrestling all my life some of my earliest memories are of watching wrestling back in Texas and seeing Marty jannetty and Shawn Michaels tag team it up and I distinctly remember being enthralled by the pomp and circumstance and the storytelling of wrestling. that being said I have a deep and abiding Love for professional wrestling. There have even been occasions when I seriously thought about trying my hand at it but for whatever reason never saw it through weather that's my own laziness or lack of athletic ability it is what it is. Fast forward to a couple years ago me and some friends from work who share a love of wrestling decided that it would be a good idea to start a KZbin channel and wrestle in my buddies living room on a mattress. I have never had so much fun in my then I did while making cringe-worthy videos with my friends. Let me be clear I had and have no business competing in a ring I lack the athletic ability but I did it anyway without the proper training or guidance. I was preparing for a match and broke my knee I was unable to walk for nearly nine months. During that time I fell into depression and knew that I would never be able to walk regularly against let alone wrestle but it was during this timewith nothing else to do that I came up with the idea for another KZbin project that would combine my love of wrestling and all things nerdy. I discovered during my experiences with my friends and the prior KZbin projectthat making videos is what I want to do with my life. I sit here and I watch DDP yoga videos and can't help but cry at the inspiration that these people give off, it's almost a spiritual experience. The thing the thing about my knee is that even after surgery and a year-and-a-half since it happened I am still unable to run climb stairs or even play with my kids like I would want to. But I know myself I can start a project but have trouble finishing. Maybe ddpy can help if nothing else it's worth a shot so here's me putting it out thereas soon as I can come up with the extra money I'll buy the program and I'll try it and who knows maybe it'll work
