1. Please no Olise we have 7 young high potential left footed RW at the club already. Olise is talented but we cant keep buying players for lots of money and then never playing them. 2. Petrovic is a better ball player than Martinez, if our concern with gk has to do with ability to play out petrovic is actually perfect for that. I think he deserves another season as we assess how he develops as he is still very young, and our long term future is supposed to be him and Gaga Slonina.

As a Chelsea fan, I prefer Simone Inzaghi at Inter Milan, to be our next manager. Inzaghi's 3-5-2 system is perfect and more effective to our young talented Chelsea squad. Bringing in a manager that has to put up with the players that the board and owners will buy is not a good idea. And I doubt that anyone can convince me of that. Especially when Chelsea is seen more as a business than a football club under the new owners. Or that is how it seems. But I do know that Chelsea can't afford not to get results imminently, but only because our owners have splashed out cash and long contracts to players of half we don't even need. Welcome to "Chaos FC". And as I have stated when Potter got assigned, getting Chelsea back to the top of European Football is going to take years. As George pointed out in the video at Chelsea he knows the club will always invest into the team. Maybe not his favorite signings. But none the less it will be high quality young players like your Paéz or Estevao. Also after next season most of the current young players have 2 EPL and one european cup season behind them. Experience wise thats a huge step for the team.

If RDZ can get the best out of Levi, Caicedo, Cucurella and Mudryk, then I guess this could be worth the gamble. (Having a set piece coach will help immensely as well.) I worry that he will start to chafe with the philosophy of and control by the ownership. I also worry that a rift will open between Boehly and Eghbali (they supposedly disagreed concerning keeping Poch) which eill bring chaos to the Project. Interesting times ahead, to be sure.

De Zerbi who wanted more experienced players in Brighton now come to Chelsea? That would be just another bad signing. They were dissapointed in Poche, so with De Zerbi it would be the same story. If they have such a specific ideas that cannot be changed then they need to sign very specific coach who would accept only training the young players and setting tactics, De Zerbi have much more aspiration than that. McKennie or Maresca are the best options, but I feel like Maresca after 1 season may also like to have more authority in the club, but for sure not as much as De Zerbi. Maybe Amorim would be also a good choice, but I guess it will be hard to take him out of Sporting this season.
