If in any instance that "postoperative air leak" is present. What would be the behavious of these chambers esp the "water seal" and "suction regulator"?

great question! an air leak would show bubbling in the 'water seal' chamber. this is in the "B" or 'bravo' chamber in the drawing. it's typically located in the lower left hand corner of most commercially available pleuravacs
