People working illegally in this country should have their bank accounts seized as "criminal proceeds". Every bank is required to "know your customer" after 911 and has a list of non-citizen accounts. These funds would pay for a lot of charter flights back.

That is banking law. If a non citizen has a bank account and breaks the law the accounts are auto frozen at time of arrest. Period it takes a court to unfreeze it even to pay court cost and lawyer fees.

If I have 3 kids, 1 broke a lamp, no one admits it, they’re all getting in trouble. There isn’t many countries that allow any undocumented immigrants in their country. A lot of people have been here for years and didn’t do the necessary paperwork to become legal, people that claimed asylum were denied and ordered to leave, but stay. Illegal is illegal. I can’t go into a rich persons house claiming their house as my own , refuse to leave and tell authorities I’m just seeking a better life. JS

My daughter is in middle school in Grundy County, Illinois, and the teachers are telling the students not to answer any questions, don't cooperate, and don't let ICE INSIDE if they come. This, in my opinion, is completely wrong. Unfortunately for the children their parents broke the law and are criminals. The judicial system breaks up families every day when a parent has been accused or convicted of breaking the law and goes to jail. To hell with them, let's cry for the ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS . This is the federal Law. State law cannot override federal law. The Supremacy Clause of the US Constitution states that federal law is the "supreme Law of the Land" and takes precedence over state law. Look up the Law and read it. 1907. Title 8, U.S.C. 1324(a) Offenses. Harboring -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iii) makes it an offense for any person who -- knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation. Encouraging/Inducing -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv) makes it an offense for any person who -- encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law. Conspiracy/Aiding or Abetting -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(v) expressly makes it an offense to engage in a conspiracy to commit or aid or abet the commission of the foregoing offenses.
