After the Romans took off with Israel's relics and scriptures after the raid during the Siege of Jerusalem in 70AD. Many were absorbed in to the Roman Empire. Thus, after many years, Rome became a "Christian" country, due to the insurgence of Israelites in their empire. In 321 AD, Constantine announced an Empire wide Sabbath change from Saturday to Sunday, and then many Sunday churches were instigated by the force change from Saturday, many also started then. In 325AD, the book we all know by that name that every church reads today, was first put together. Especially NT part, the thing was about the Israelites, yet the NT has nothing to do with Israel but put together by Rome. Should explain alot. Should also explain Matthew 5:17-20 vs Romans 10:4 and so on. Much of the NT has paul completely nullifying the Messiah's requirements and in other sections seemingly agreeing about the same things. A true paulitician.

Ellen G White was a false prophet, she prophesied the world would end in her lifetime and changed the date several times, this would make her a false prophet. She had a vision saying that God wanted to focus only on the Sabath and not to worry about the other commandments. The Bible is clear, we are forgiven through the sacrifice that Jesus made, keeping the commandments will make you the same as a Jew, that means that you would be working for your salvation..repent and call on Jesus, he did it all on the Cross. The Lord Jesus God is the Sabbath, the rest is in him. We keep every day holy including Sunday. God will not send you to Hell for breaking one commandment, remember you keep breaking the other commandments. God did not put a special law to be above all laws. How many in the church worship singers, football players, work and family and do not put God first. How many in the church lie, how many bear false testimony or watch ads that make you break the commandment of not covet.

As a new 7th Day Adventist I am impressed with your teaching! I attended Sunday churches for 47 years and always wondered and even questioned the keeping of Gods law as a consequence of salvation. As I studied and searched, the Lord lead me to the 7th Day Adventist. They teach what I was seeing in the word and everything began to make sense. My heart is strangely warmed to see others outside of Adventism teaching biblical truth. Thanks and I will add your ministry to my daily prayer list.❤

@@Bravehearts_Colston The bible say “God is no respecter of persons” meaning He is not concerned with things like nationality but the heart. He desires our obedience to His law and that our Character reflect Christ’s. Romans 3:29 “Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:” The Jews as a nation have forsaken God they still seek to rebuild the sacrificial system today, a slap in the face of Christ who gave his life to eliminate and nail to the criss that system, yet the Jews still do not believe. Jesus said of the nation of Israel “your house has been left unto you desolate”. Those who are found in Christ are now Abraham’s seed they are “spiritual Israel”! Galatians 3:29 “And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.” The Jew as a nation rejected Christ and still reject Him today. Some have come to know Christ and will be saved but the nation as a whole is lost it’s time is over according to God’s word. “They did not recognize the time of their visitation” Luke 19:44 New King James Version 44 and level you, and your children within you, to the ground; and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not know the time of your visitation.”

@@Bravehearts_Colston Gregorian calendar is roman elaboration on the Julian calendar, pagan in its essence too. I would recommend you, the Michael Rood's calendar as it is based on the Biblical Aviv tradition of the barley harvest, as the rabbinical/pharisaic ones are also not based on the Bible, but manmade and Yeshua HaMashiah told us not to follow in their footsteps! That’s well and good but I think you forgot to mention to this ministry that even if they’re preaching the sabbath they are still in apostasy because they are not within remnant church (SDA) that’s part of your 3 angels message. They need to leave their church, accept the Investigative Judgment Sanctuary doctrine of 1844, accept the writing of EGW because that’s the spirit of prophecy and they need to re-baptized to be in the remnant church.

God has people in every church, & I believe this video is proof of how people are being called into further light. There will many people in the kingdom of heaven which didn't have the light we have, in terms of having the scriptures, or never hearing about the spirit of prophesy, but they lived up to the light they had and God will honor them. The three angles messages is an end time proclamation, it's calling people out of spiritual darkness into light, and to deny that many churches are not in darkness, or that apostasy isn't abounding now more than ever is to be blind to the sign of the times. But this video is very encouraging. Just a simple fact, Adventism is the fastest growing movement taking place now, and for that we are being attacked by many other denominations unfortunately. Peoples eyes are being opened to the sign of the times, they see what's happening in the world. People's faith has been shakened, and they're looking for hard food, not milk. prophesy is clearly coming to pass which is why we know the end is soon, the last movement's will be rapid ones.

@@a1phamatter595 I respectfully disagree with what you said. The bible is clear that the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. The remnant church keeps the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus. We would both agree on this. However Ellen wasn't the only prophet. The bible is full of prophets. To suggest that you can only be saved by being within the sda church is false. There are plenty of good Christians that have been baptised and fulfill the requirements that aren't sda members. Where in scripture does it say these people are lost. The spirit of prophecy does not single Ellen out over all the other prophets. Did Daniel, Isaiah, Ezekiel, Elijah and others have the spirit of prophecy? Where in revelation does it say they are excluded? Doesn't scripture tell God's people to come out of Babylon? God's church is obedient Christians, it's not denominational in my opinion.

@@AmazingTruthsMedia Very well said. I totally agree. There are good people that didn't have the opportunity to gain much understanding before their lives were cut short, but they still had faith. I'm sure allowances would be made depending on the circumstances. Similar to the thief on the cross. Young children are sometimes taken too early. I can't see them being lost because they were too young to understand scripture. I have faith that God will reveal things that give people a clear choice. The latter rain, children having prophecies, men having visions etc is written in scripture and still to come. Apparently Noah's ark is going to be excavated soon too. There will be enough evidence for lovers of the truth to see the light in my opinion. Unfortunately some people love the world too much and will refuse to change their lifestyles. We can only pray for them and hope they open their eyes and hearts.

@TheTruthabouttheAdventis-kh9xx I should point out I'm not a Seventh Day Adventist. It's simply a subject I've been looking into more over this last while. So while I'm happy to read your comment I don't have to agree with it just because you're saying, just as I don't expect anyone to agree with me just because I've shared it either. I can see it's something you feel very strongly about. In fact it was only part way through writing this reply I noticed your channel name, and was "Oh, okay" So again, I'm not an Adventist. But I'm aware that a few Christian KZbinrs I follow have done videos pointing out some of the errors they see in their teaching. Anyway will hope to look at your last comment in more detail later on. But I recognise there's nothing in Genesis about Adam and Eve keeping the Sabbath nor among the Patriarchs. Nevertheless, it doesn't change what God says about it. After all God's example or Covenant stipulations are rarely copied by humanity, whether given orally or in writing on stone tablets.

Saturday was, is, and will always be the Sabbath, and it's those who keep it that people seem to despise. Looking back through history it's always been Sabbath keepers that were persecuted. If you look into the 1260 year prophecy 538-1798 there was a Sunday law passed and worship enforced, if anyone didn't go along and instead kept the 7th day they lost their lives. Everyone really should know this because history is going to repeat before the Lord returns. In fact if anyone knows who Senator Sylvia Allen is, she's one among others that's said we really need a day of rest and worship. It may sound good on the surface, but when you know the intentions behind it, it doesn't sound so great.

I think worshipping on a false Sabbath is the true mark of the beast. Not a chip or a jab - keeping false Sabbaths. It'll be just like you said in the tribulation..if you refuse Sunday worship, or whatever they ordain, you'll be persecuted. Notice every single time the mark of the beast is mentioned, so is worshipping the beast. We are fighting a spiritual war. Why would the mark be a physical thing? God's mark isn't physical, it's keeping the 10 commandments and having faith in Yashuah. I think the chip/jab propaganda is only a tactic of our adversary to confuse us further. The true mark is submitting to an authority other than God. False sabbaths.

@@Truemercy703 Yeah, if you look at the Hebrew, Yah tells Moses that Sabbath is a perpetual (eternal) sign between Him and Israel (we've been grafted in). The Hebrew word used for sign in Exodus 31:13 is ot. Here is the definition from Strong's concordance. He specifies plural Sabbaths, which means it likely includes both weekly Sabbaths as well as yearly feast days. H226 - ot אוֹת ʼôwth, oth; probably from H225 (in the sense of appearing); a signal (literally or figuratively), as a flag, beacon, monument, omen, prodigy, evidence, etc.:-mark, miracle, (en-) sign, token. Exodus 31:12-17 [12]And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, [13]Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the LORD that doth sanctify you. [14]Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people. [15]Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death. [16]Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant. [17]It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed. Ezekiel 20 emphasizes the importance of Israel keeping Sabbath holy, again we are grafted in. This chapter also used the word ot when referring to the Sabbath twice (verses 12 & 20). Ezekiel 20:12-14 [12]Moreover also I gave them my sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the LORD that sanctify them. [13]But the house of Israel rebelled against me in the wilderness: they walked not in my statutes, and they despised my judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them; and my sabbaths they greatly polluted: then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them in the wilderness, to consume them. [14]But I wrought for my name's sake, that it should not be polluted before the heathen, in whose sight I brought them out. Ezekiel 20:18-22 [18]But I said unto their children in the wilderness, Walk ye not in the statutes of your fathers, neither observe their judgments, nor defile yourselves with their idols: [19]I am the LORD your God; walk in my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them; [20]And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I am the LORD your God. [21]Notwithstanding the children rebelled against me: they walked not in my statutes, neither kept my judgments to do them, which if a man do, he shall even live in them; they polluted my sabbaths: then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them, to accomplish my anger against them in the wilderness. [22]Nevertheless I withdrew mine hand, and wrought for my name's sake, that it should not be polluted in the sight of the heathen, in whose sight I brought them forth. 2 Timothy 2:19 also tells us that we are sealed in Christ, yet in the same verse it says to depart from iniquity. Lawlessness. This is the definition of the word seal used in the original Greek. Mark of genuineness. Will we be sheep who come when we are called, or do we follow traditions that are not from scripture? It's a question everyone needs to seriously consider. Strongs G4973 sphragis σφραγίς sphragís, sfrag-ece'; probably strengthened from G5420; a signet (as fencing in or protecting from misappropriation); by implication, the stamp impressed (as a mark of privacy, or genuineness), literally or figuratively:-seal. 2 Timothy 2:19-21 [19]Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. [20]But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. [21]If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work. Love one another as we love ourself. It says part of the reason Yashuah had to come was to experience life as we do..understand the struggle and temptations we face..we should be making an effort to really understand Him. Why are Sabbaths so important to our Father, and why is His Son named Lord of the Sabbath? It's consistently a huge deal throughout the OT. Yes, we have rest everyday in our hope He has given us, but one day...He will return..the story isn't over yet. It is a shadow of things to come (see Hebrews 4). Keeping Sabbath is how we honor our brother, King Yashuah, the way His Father ordained for Him the very first week of creation. It's about the day He returns to glorify His people, and take sin away from the world..divide light from darkness..gathering us up in the clouds and ushering in the Kingdom. Why don't we work on Sabbath? Because it's a reflection of the 1,000 year Sabbath of Yahuah. A weekly reminder of the hope we've been given, and the mercy we will be shown at the resurrection. Sabbath is opened with the blast of a shofar..why? Because that's the sound we will hear when we are called up. We are to gather in fellowship, sing praises, pray, and worship together..just like we will at the wedding feast. We study to learn what the scriptures say, because they are manna from Heaven, what will be written on our hearts when we are glorified with Yashuah. The feast days go through the entire story of salvation by His Son throughout the year. Of course our enemy would do everything to keep us from guarding His Holy Days. What He has set-apart, we should also set-apart. Much love, and may Yah bless you all, strengthen your faith and wisdom, and bring you shalom. May He help our unbelief, and soften our hearts to the truth so we can understand. 💙

I wrote a wee booklet on this subject the seventh day Sabbath, not well received among the present day churches, I had spent around 4 years studying this subject. after another year i went to Jesus in deep prayer and asked HIM IF i had done something wrong, to show me the truth. I went to bed still going over everthing in my mind. About an hour later a soft voice spoke to me, but still a mans voice, an audible voive, IT JUST SAID, AM I THE LORD OF ONE SABBATH OR THE LORD OF TWO SABBATHS. I had been given the true answer. There is only one true Sabbath, the 7th day Sabbath, that Almighy God Blessed and Hallowed, from the beginning of creation. Winifred Thompson, Northern Ireland.

A graft is a strange thing, yet it works perfectly if done correctly. If you take a Bramley Cooking Apple Tree, and you take a shoot of say a golden delicious apple, You make a slit in the trunk of the BRamley Apple tree, and you insert the cutting of the Golden Delicious Apple tree, and seal it. Why is there such heated debate when either side brings up which day is sacred? : The commands on either side "3rd" and "5th". Why do most sunday keepers keep sunday? Because their mother and father did when they were a wee child (Tradition). The commands are a test (among other things). If you pass the Shabbat/Sabbath test, you must pass the Idol test. I have spoke to 15+ preachers / elders in CoC's about the Sabbath. It all comes down to them trying to defend a theology and NOT the Biblical texts. It's a very common thing for them to be tested w/scripture (facts) and then have pride which leads to non-biblical philosophy and in the end.. personal insults and attacking. A few of them just give up and don't care. But a good 50% of them turn to personal attacks. One elder told me.. and I quote: "(insert my name here) your just like Satan. He knew the scriptures too" To be completely open.. I first thought of Eve in the garden.. and there were no scriptures at that time 🤔

I wholeheartedly agree and practice as such. I initially went down this road when I realized that the 4th commandment was the only commandment that was changed, then when I realized there was no scripture to back up this change but in fact the Apostles did not allude to this change, that was enough for me to again call Saturday the Sabbath and now Sunday is a Family day in which we go to church since we would have to nearly change religions in order to worship on Saturday. What I find interesting in this video is that the same council that “changed” the Sabbath also codified The Trinity, though that was much more hard fought in it’s adoption.

@ Right, but Paul was speaking in the context of Jewish traditional Sabbaths not the 4th commandment sabbath. Even if Paul meant 4th commandment Sabbath - which he didn’t - he would have no authority to proclaim such things. Paul didn’t/doesn’t have the authority to override YAHWEH’s commandments, only the traditional laws associated with food and clothing and such. Jesus said in Matthew 5:17 that he didn’t come to abolish the law (10 commandments) or the prophets but to fulfill it. Paul said in Romans 10:4 that Jesus is the end of the law (not 10 commandments) to anyone who believes…Paul, again, is speaking about food and clothing laws. Sabbath is the last (7th) day of the week (Saturday), not the First (Sunday). Nothing about that has changed. Grace and Peace be with you.

What everyone seems to overlook, is that the definition of sin is violating the Torah, which includes the Ten Commandments, specifically, the Fourth. Luke 1:33 says Yeshua rules over the House of Jacob, Israel, and Yahweh in Exodus 31 says that the Seventh day Sabbath is a perpetual sign between Him and His people. So a sin punishable by death before sundown on the testimony of two or more witnesses before Yeshua defeated the cross, made it useless, but now Christians spit on it? Does that seem fair? Would Yahweh be just in doing so?

That's deep brother, probably too deep for some people to understand. For example: SDA's believe that the "LAW" are just the 10 Commandments. For years I've tried telling SDA's they don't know the true definition of sin. We know Cathlickers and her Protestant daughters can't define sin at all, but SDA's (like Apollos 18:24- 26), need to learn "the way of ALAHAIM more perfectly." In the last part of your comment you describe the unfairness of Y'SHUA having to die for a sin (transgression of the Sabbath) no one cares about and I get it. But if you have a chance, reword that last paragraph to make your thought clearer for the unlearned.

That would include all ten commandments.. Origin The Lord's Supper was instituted by Jesus at the Last Supper, his final meal with his disciples. The story of the Last Supper is told in the New Testament gospels. Celebration The Lord's Supper is celebrated in different ways across Christian traditions. Some traditions include dipping bread in wine, drinking from a shared cup, using wafers instead of bread, and using juice instead of wine. Significance The Lord's Supper is a defining moment in the history of the church, representing the escape from death and slavery to sin. It's a celebration, not a funeral, and a time to rejoice that Jesus has conquered death.

Acts 20:7 and 1 Cor16: Both have the phrase "On the first day of the week" in which the word "day" is italicised, so it is not in the original manuscripts. Then the word "week" in the greek is Sabbaton. You could still say that the phrase should say " On the first of Weeks( Sabbaths) because in Leviticus it says there is the feast of weeks in which these verses in context are declaring that this is the first Sabbath after Passover in which they count 7 Sabbaths and add one day to identify when Shavuot ( Pentecost ) occurs.

Σαββατον is a transliteration of the word shabbat/sabbath, which denote the last day of the week, but it was translated as the first day of the week, which is Sunday, because they wanted to promote Constantine Sunday god-worship! In Greek, days are as follows: Monday -δευτερα, meaning the second day etc. to Thursday, the fourth day, then comes Friday - Παρασκευή the day of preparation (for what?, for the Sabbath/Shabbat of course) and κιριακι is the day of the Lord (which re-placed to suit the Hellenized Churchianity narrative), I believe the First day name of that day! Plot twist. Was it on " THORS -day? Odin is actually Nimrod, which is only a description, Nimrod in Hebrew means "rebel". He was also known it is argued as Gilgamesh. Now it is said that Nimrod married his mother. That would be Frigga. Now Nimrod , he gets cut up into 14 pieces and Semiramis can only find 13. So she erects, pun intended, a phallic symbol to replace it. There is a really big one in Rome that came from Egypt. Washington also. Then Tammuz comes along. Allegedly brought in an egg by his father the sun god on winter solstice. But he was a mighty hunter like his dad and killed by a pig. So mom/wife created a little pagan fertility rite to honour him. It begins on Ash Woden's (Odin) day, Wednesday, where they paint a "T" on the forehead in ash, and then they observe the "Forty day of weeping for Tammuz". This ends on Good Frigga day , Friday. Then an orgy where they dip eggs in the blood of the sacrificed 3-month-old children from last years orgy, post term abortion essentially. A Sun-day worship service, it is sun worship, which ends with the eating of the beast that killed him, an Easter ham. It is paganism. It is easy to spot. The name Jesus comes from the Greek "Ιησους" (pronounced as Yehsous). It has nothing to do with the Latin word "sus", it is just a coincidence. Joshua, the son of Nun, was also translated as Ιησους in the Septuagint, 200 years before Jesus was born.

I have the receipt of the who and when. And celebrate Tammuz's b-day among at least 13 other pagan gods. I am fully aware of how this happened. Maybe even why. Did you notice the last scripture? 2 Thessalonians 2? In that investigation I discover many things, like Acts 4:12. How many, is "no other name under heaven by which we can be saved"?. Also Deuteronomy 4:2. The Greek Septuagint uses the Greek error of the word law, replacing Torah. Torah means "The Instructions". These changes have led people to eating pigs and other unclean animals. Also the Deuteronomy 13 test. Now noting what happened at the bottom of Mt Sinai with the Golden Calf, I wouldn't be taking these things lightly. Because they weren't worshiping other gods, they were worshiping the God who just led them out of Egypt, fire by night, pillar of smoke by day. It wasn't about who they were worshiping, but how, and He had just told them no idols. But they were a stiff necked people, like today, even when you show them in minute detail.

The 2 don’t mean the same. My question is how to know if sabbath is to be only on Saturday “Saturn’s day” and not other day? Why we would follow the suns calendar and not the moons calendar like they did in the past? Or is it on one’s discretion to give to our lord our rest day? I love our heavenly fathers and do want to do his will but some say one thing and evidence says another. Agreed was a political change but so it might be determining people’s sabbath that may have nothing to do with the meaning of the one day Saturday. Hi @sunnybatters5044. Your question is one so many people have. I grew up keeping Saturday and not Sunday, and I still do (for full disclosure). In regards to what day is God's Sabbath, God himself indicated this during The Israelite wanting in the wilderness. God, when he was feeding them manna, intentionally did not make any manna fall on Sabbath so they would not go out and gather/work on that day. That same Sabbath is the exact same Sabbath the Jews keep today. GOD HAS ALWAYS PRESERVED HIS TRUTH. When people wanted to snuff God's word out, God made a way for his word to be preserved. And just like how there is confusion on the Sabbath issue today, God has once again preserved a means of knowing the truth for those that seek it with all their heart. May God send His Spirit to guide you into all truth.

Well if you look in the bible, the only day that had a name is the 7th day and it's called the Sabbath. Every other day is identified by number so God did not make the days. So different people groups would have put names to the days but it was either the Babylonians or the Romans that came up with the names that lasted until today and they named the days largely based on what was worshipped on that day since they were pagans. The sun god was worshipped on the first day of the week, that is why they called it Sunday. So that is partially the reason for the names. Feel free to do a deeper dive into it. But Im other languages like Spanish, the word for Saturday is Sabado which actually comes from Sabbath and not Saturday.

Is Jesus Christ the High Priest? Yes. Do the priests profane the sabbath but remain guiltless as Jesus said? Yes. Jesus did not rise on sunday, He rose on the sabbath day. Roman Catholicism changed the resurrection from sabbath to sunday and they did this to justify changing the sabbath to sunday. I can prove it. Look for my video on my channel. The original greek language did not have commas, so the translators, who were protestants coming out of catholicism, had already been taught by rome that Jesus rose on sunday, but that is not what the Greek New Testament says. This was the only way they could justify changing the sabbath to sunday, to say that Jesus rose from the dead on sunday. Please watch my videos on this subject. The image of the beast is sunday sacredness. God only made the sabbath days holy and God planned it from the beginning that the Son of Man would be Lord of the sabbath day. Rome says sunday is the Lord's day, but their lord is the pope himself, the antichrist. Thanks to the prophet Daniel we can pinpoint exactly what day of the week Jesus died and we know that He rose 3 days after His death. Daniel prophesied that Messiah would be killed in the middle of the week, or wednesday, on Passover day, 3 days later is sabbath. The women disciples rested on the sabbath and then early on the 1st day of the week, while it was still dark, they went to the tomb and found it ALREADY empty. Jesus had ALREADY been resurrected before sunday on the sabbath day! When we remove the commas and put them in the proper place we can see that the verse says the women found the empty tomb on sunday but it does not say that Jesus rose on sunday. Shocking? Yes, but true!! When we remove the false teaching of sunday resurrection, the catholics no more have an excuse to say that sunday is now the Lord's day. Remember, Jesus himself said, The Son of Man is Lord even of the SABBATH DAY. He also said He will raise the dead in Christ at the LAST day, meaning the millennial sabbath when He returns (see John 6). His saints will rise on sabbath following in His foot steps!

@@roybuckle7576 yes He was in the grave 3 days and 3 nights, 72 hrs. He died on Passover, on a wednesday, was buried in the evening as thursday began at sunset (the first day of unleavened bread, the High sabbath), and resurrected on the seventh day sabbath day, the 3rd day after His death, just as Daniel prophesied that He would die in the middle of the week (wednesday) in Daniel 9:27 KJV. He was in the tomb 72 hrs, 3 days and 3 nights, just as Jonah was in the whale 3 days and 3 nights. In Hebrew 33 is the number of promise, so 3 days and 3 nights is symbolized by 33, or two 3's. The antichrist teaches Yeshua rose on sun day so that they can justify changing the sabbath to sunday. They say, "We keep sunday sacred because the Lord rose on sunday from the grave", however that is a deception. The sabbath of God is the 7th day, but the antichrist has chosen sun day to be a sacred day. It is the venerable day of the sun god, which the pagan romans declared to be sacred. The antichrist(papal rome) was born out of ancient pagan rome. SeventhDayAdventists do, as a whole, not condemn Sundaykeepers. Ellen White, one of our most important founders, wrote that many Sundaykeepers have not yet received the light about the Sabbath, and that God will work in their favor. She also wrote, that only those, who knowingly break the Sabbath and keep Sunday instead, will receive the mark of the beast. A time will come, where everybody has been warned. Those, who reject this warning, "because they have not received the love of the truth, that they might be saved" will receive the mark of the beast. But that does not mean, that there won't be Catholics or Evangelicals in heaven. There are many sincere Christians in all denominations who genuinely love the Lord and walk according to the light, that they have.

From as early as I can remember I always processed Sunday as the last day of the week, and in more recent decades as a math teacher I've delved too deep in orderings, spaces, and different kinds of indexing to do anything but roll my eyes at this topic. You can declare any day the start of the week and construct an isomorphism. We also know the identity of the days shifted as more accurate calendars were calculated and adopted. Neither Saturday nor Sunday in this year is the Saturday of the previous calendar. Instead of navel-gazing about which day the Sabbath is, the more important question is, are you honoring that Sabbath? Have you kept it holy and separate? That is what is important.

I don't understand why 119 Ministries would give any validity to passages (Acts 20 and I Cor 16) as if they affirm a Sunday 'sabbath'? Both verses which you point out as 'exceptions' are no such thing. They *SEEM TO ME* to be clear references to one of the Sabbaths or Weeks leading up to Shavuot. Acts 20 is more explicit with verses 6, 7 and 16 directly referencing the time of year. I Cor is not as specific in it's immediate context, but, by the FACT that Torah obedience is still commanded by our Messiah as the Fruit of our Salvation, there can be no doubt of what Shaul is saying. The possibility of 'believers' meeting on the first day of the week during the time of the apostles has no bearing on whether the Sabbath, declared set apart by YHWH at creation, remains as our Father has declared. Finally, the *NEED* for an edict from a tyrant to keep from 'judaizing the Sabbath', tells you everything you need to know. Nothing changed in the Scriptural (Tanakh) Hebrew 'faith', other than that the Messiah of Israel exampled exactly what that has, is and will continue to look like. Yes, we can 'split hairs' over the changes of 'location' of praise and worship, but, the precepts and commandments still remain, with each of us going through the process of intelligently hearing and executing His Mitzvot, the best we understand each given day. I love your ministry, it was the first one that I found that was able to help answer the questions or point me in the Way of Truth in Life, that I might better understand what our Father in Heaven desires from His children, the children of Israel. First. The word _day_ , (KJV) is in italics, which means the word day was added. First of the week. Second, do you understand that they existed in the Hebrew calendar, and the day begins and ends at sunset? This is why they met after the Sabbath had ended, as it was sin to do otherwise. You do understand that? It is a sin to violate the 7th day Sabbath, the 4th Commandment? Before He defeated the cross and made it useless, a death penalty upon two or more witnesses, by sundown, and yet Christians spit upon it. Would God be a just god to cut off those people, but not Christians? I think maybe, your churchianity has led you to not consider the seriousness of that position. How many un repentant sins do you think you are getting through Judgement day with? A perpetual sign between Him and His people. Are you trying to tell me you aren't one of His people? "Are Christians "The House of Jacob"? Luke 1:33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end. Ephesians 2:12 That at that time ye were without Messiah, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: The reason I ask is there is a phrase, almost identical to His length of reign that applies to the House of Jacob. And the evening and the morning were the second day. Etc..... That is why the Messiah had to be in the tomb by sundown. It is a time when, following one's declaration of the intention to end Shabbat, it is permissible to resume weekday activities that are prohibited on Shabbat. This may occur no earlier than when three "small" stars appear in the sky" "first _day_ of the week.." The word day is not in the original text and was added. Somebody, and it worked, wanted you thinking about the "day". If it was not Motzei Shabbat, it would mention that he spoke until the second day of the week. "7 And upon the first -day- of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight.". He stopped as it became, by the pagan Gregorian, Sun-day. The point being this is one of the very few verses being used to make the 4th Commandment common and make Sun-day worship, followed since Babylon and Nimrod the rites of Christianity. Isn't that odd? The pagans were not observing the 7th day Sabbath, but were worshiping the opposite end of the week. If the 7th day Sabbath was sanctified and made holy because He had just performed His miracle, than Sun-day worship is the moment before He performs His miracle. Just know that not observing the 7th day Sabbath is a sin. Before He defeated their pagan cross, on the testimony of two or more, a death sentence. Would God be a just God to cut off those people, but allow Christians to spit on it and just treat it like any other day, in fact giving more honour to the pagan Sun-day worship? Luke 1:33.

In the Didache, an early Christian document dating from the late 1st or early 2nd century, there is a reference to the breaking of bread (the Mass). The text mentions that Christians should gather for the Eucharist "on the Lord's Day" (Sunday), which is the day after the Jewish Sabbath, or the "eighth day." The term "eighth day" is used symbolically to refer to Sunday, indicating a new creation or a new beginning in Christian theology. In this context, the "eighth day" signifies the day after the Sabbath (the seventh day), symbolizing the new creation inaugurated by the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Therefore, the Didache is emphasizing that the Christian practice of breaking bread should be observed on Sunday, not just on the traditional Sabbath but on the day that commemorates the resurrection of Jesus. This practice reflects an early Christian shift away from the Jewish Sabbath observance to a distinct Christian tradition.

The edict that Constantine made was for those in the cities he controlled. People in the rural and country areas were not required to obey it. Some seem to think that Constantine was called Pope or Bishop Constantine which he never was. Plus, it was the Church of Rome that actually transferred the solemnity which God attributed solely to the seventh day Sabbath to the first day Sunday, and they take full credit for the supposed change. As such, Sunday sacredness is her Mark, while God's Seal or Mark is the seventh day Sabbath.

The biggest problem that absolutely is ignored is that the CATHOLIC CHURCH CHANGED the day that God his self established and said to REMEMBER. There is NOTHING in the Bible that speaks about a change. It [the change] is SOLELY the product of the catholic church. So if you worship on the UNHOLY day of the sun, you are by default a catholic.

Ignatius, an Ante-Nicene Church Father who lived in the late first century (i.e., about 50 to 100 A.D.) wrote in his Epistle to the Magnesians (Chapter IX)wrote this: "If, therefore, those who were brought up in the ancient order of things have come to the possession of a new hope, no longer observing the Sabbath, but living in the observance of the Lord's Day...." Later he writes, "Let us therefore no longer keep the Sabbath after the Jewish manner, and rejoice in days of idleness; for "he that does not work, let him not eat.... But let every one of you keep the Sabbath after a spiritual manner, rejoicing in meditation on the law, not in relaxation of the body, admiring the workmanship of God..." Also, Paul says in Colossians 2:16 that no one is to act as your judge in regard to food or drink or in respect to a festival of a new moon or Sabbath day, things of which are a mere shadow of what is to come, but the substance belongs to Christ." That is, some of the Old Testament Law was a foreshadowing of Christ. But since He has come, it is no longer necessary as a foreshadowing since we need no longer look forward to His appearing. He has risen ! ! ! !

Colossians 2 is grossly misinterpreted. The issue Paul was addressing was that of ascetic Gnostics condemning the church for CELEBRATING (eating and drinking) as they took part in (keeping) the Holy days, including the Sabbath. He was not telling them not to be judged for not keeping the holy days. Also, that passage says absolutely nothing about Christ being the "substance" (or "reality") of anything. Here is a better rendering of the passage: Colossians 2:16-17 Let no man therefore judge you in meat and in drink, either in part of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days - which are a shadow of things to come - but the body of Christ, _which is the Church._ If you're interested, we have a video (Video #2) that soundly demonstrates what I've represented.

@@Learningthetruth7 Making every day a holy day is the exact opposite of what it means to be holy. Being "holy" means to be set-apart. Hence, keeping the seventh day holy means treating it differently (set-apart) from all the other days of the week. So, with that understanding in mind, if one were to treat all days the same, it would mean that no days are holy (set-apart from the other days).

@@sourmilkministries9445 - Definition of holy - "dedicated or consecrated to God or a religious purpose; sacred:" In that sense, every day could be holy. As Paul state, "When I eat, I eat for the Lord and when I drink, I drink for the Lord." All is for the Lord - or holy.

@@atobpe Generally speaking, what you said could be possible - that one could dedicate or set-apart every day for God. However, the issue at hand is not a general one. No, we're specifically addressing the Seventh Day Sabbath, and that context makes all the difference. The Command is to set-apart the seventh day - from the other six days of the week - as Holy. Exodus 20:8-11 AFV Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy. (9) Six days you shall labor and do all your work. (10) But the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God. In it you shall not do any work, you, nor your son, nor your daughter; your manservant, nor your maidservant, nor your livestock, nor the stranger within your gates; (11) For in six days the LORD made the heaven and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and sanctified it. Thus, one cannot arbitrarily decide that they're going to make every day a "Sabbath"; or even suppose to choose another day (other than the seventh day - AKA: "Saturday") as their "Sabbath", as so many Christians do. Moreover, how could one suppose to keep every day as a Sabbath, as that would require them to never work? No, in the context of keeping the Sabbath, one simply cannot suppose to keep it "every day". Respectfully I disagree with the statement at 5:50 to 6:00 The reason is due to days 1-6 were commanded to be days for labor. Exod 20:9-10 "Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a sabbath of the Lord your God; in it you shall not do any work..." Also consider this.. sunday keeping Christian churches are teaching false doctrines that are anti-Torah. The only reason I would go to a sunday service is if I were trying to learn something specific about them, maybe respecting an invite from a friend whos actively studying the laws, or for some other purpose of furthering the gospel. And I would consider it "work" to do so. I'd never take my family or others who were just following my lead. My 2 cents... shalom

This is not true. The apostles met on the first day of the week ( Acts 20:7; 1 Corinthians 16:2). Jesus appeared to the apostles on the first day of the week, that is, the day of the week that the resurrection took place on (see Revelation 1:10). There would be no salvation for mankind if Jesus had not been raised from the dead. Therefore, the first day of the week (SUNDAY) supercedes the sabbath day in importance in the New Testament. Furthermore, the Lord gave no commandment to keep either Saturday or Sunday in the New Testament. According to Romans 14:5, 6, there is liberty in Christ concerning days. Paul went into the synagogues not to keep the sabbath day but to preach to Jewish unbelievers and their gentile converts. Paul was stoned by some of the sabbath brothers in Acts 14, demonstrating once more that he was not attending believers' meetings. Evidently, sabbatarians have been Judaized as well as deceived. So sad.

Shalom, Dennis. You have to keep what you're reading in the proper context. Romans 14:5 is not talking about the Sabbath, or any other "day" outside of the context of EATING. And, as for your baseball question? The Sabbath is a sign between God and His Covenant people. Thus, it doesn't apply to the secular world. And, as for watching baseball on the Sabbath? I wouldn't tell you that you couldn't. The Sabbath is a delight, not a burden.
