can't wait to see what randomized rotations i get in a couple weeks lol
@andrewdunn7773 жыл бұрын
Maybe you shouldn't wait until the last minute to submit your preferences. That should have been a priority you completed way prior to the deadline.

Okay but I'm binging all your videos and loving it! Yeah, I definitely should be studying but this is so much more fun lmao

Wow, at least you guys have the illusion of choices 😂. My college didn’t even give us the choices, the administrators arrange and decide everything for you, eg, clinical groups you will be in, the sequence of clinical rotation. I started with general surgery, ended with internal med during last year of my med school. So yea 😹 👋 From Malaysia 🇲🇾

yikesss, yeah im still thankful to see our possibilities! it'll all work out in the end i'm sure!

Do you have to drive to/find housing near these cities where the rotations are? Some of them are pretty far
@rosannarosesrosie3 жыл бұрын
This is random but do you have a schedule of what days you wear scrubs or the white coat? Do they let you know or is it based off of if you have a rotation?
@NDMD3 жыл бұрын
we have to wear them depending on what we doing during the day. if we see patients we have to be in white coat but if we're working in the anatomy lab or ultrasound lab where we practice on each other, we have to wear scrubs

Where do students live at these rotations if they are far from your medical school and you don’t want to drive back and forth ?

Well, now that girl has to change her password. Also, why did the medical students all wait to fill out their site selection right before the deadline? Lol My school also doesn't give us much choice in picking our location, but we have to travel between several states. One week we might be in Brooklyn, NY, the next Anaheim, CA, and then after that Miami, FL. We also have to find our own housing for each rotation. So you think yours is rough...
@karisaozaki25578 ай бұрын
What is your elective that was mixed in with the list of rotations?
@pikusarker13593 жыл бұрын
Sir how much medical student loans do you have and how much do you make as a resident? Nice video.

So all your 6 week rotations would be at the same hospital once it is chosen ? You couldn’t go to say one hospital for psych/neuro, and do surgery at a different hospital ?
@omarabbasi4893 жыл бұрын
Do you have to research into each of these clinical rotation sites to be able to set up a good preference list?
@NDMD3 жыл бұрын
yes! lots of advising from students in classes above us and plenty of personal thought goes into everyone's preference list as it's so different depending on each student's situation
