Picking up the week after the last finals week of medical school, we had a week off to recollect ourselves and do our area of concentration courses. Between mental health seminars, going on the MCG podcast, and working in the medical tent for the local IronMan competition, this week was far from empty. I would be very keen to listen to your podcast Andy! And hearing more from guests like and including ones you interviewed for 73 questions, like a follow-up edition! I've really enjoyed the series. But make sure you take time for yourself to rest, relax and recover first! I also wanted to comment on the interview with the teen resilience team; I'm an ACE survivor myself and so glad that there are more mental health services that are available for Adults today than there were 20 years ago, but most especially interventionist practices like 'Resilient Teens' being made available in formative years to be able to help survivors gain the skills they need to thrive and not become either a statistic to suicide, or an adult lost in the world with depression, unable to seek help. Thank you as always for your content! Rest well, and all the best for your new rotation schedule! I look forward to following your journey :)

Have you not done Step 1 yet? I thought you do that after your first 2 years

typically that would be the case but in our curriculum we take both step 1 and 2 after our year of rotations since step 1 is now pass fail. so won't take boards until January 2023

hey I know you are rotating to some rural parts of GA I know that MCG sends Medical students to ware and pierce county to do rotations would love to meet up take you to the okefenokee swamp Park and hang out and maybe even introduce you to are per med club so you could talk about your journey to medical school.
