Hello! How about if someone is in the same exact class code for the trade mark? Hypothetical Example: Their name is “Funny Laugh Button“ could someone come out with “The Original Funny Laugh Button” the same product but a didn’t color button with a different logo on it? Is the law the product getting confused or the name Thanks in advance!

I can’t give specific advice here -But adding very common wording might not be enough to differentiate.
