While the Feds should decriminalize it, it should remain a state issue for legalization. If the "vast majority of Americans" support it in each state it is brought up in, then nationally legalizing it isn't necessary (and not Constitutional).

It is only commercial legalization. If you get caught with more than 3oz, law enforcement will have probable cause to search you house then charge you with violation of commercial license laws which is a 25 year sentence in the state of Florida.

It’s still hard for people renting to grow their own but as long as the prices drop to be more affordable that’s really good enough. Here in Denver I can get an oz of really good herb for $75. I’ve heard in Seattle it’s cheaper. It can be more expensive running lights and a high tech set up.

Florida has created so many stupid rules around it's cannabis industry. It is a mistake letting people who know absolutely nothing about cannabis regulate and control every aspect of the business for people that have actual experience with it. Politicians have built bureaucracy to make the business clunky and honerous for anyone trying to be legal. One thing the government has shown: it was always simply about the money and getting their part of it. People who have never used cannabis should not have any say in the rules around it.
