How countries find ‘base load power’ explained: Kel Richards

Gee can't we run a submarine power cable or 2 to China? They have heaps of dispatchable power. Well they would have if we sent them more coal. And the best part is the CO2 they emit would be there and not here. Look I am kidding I know China hasn't got enough dispatchable power for themselves. Maybe China can build some coal fired power stations on the Solomon islands. It's a lot closer. UNO voltage drop etc.
