I love the way you interpreted Dr. Martha Beck's idea and illustrated it with real-world examples of how one can 'flip that switch'-shifting their mindset to break free from mental blockages or depression. This is a forward-thinking approach in today’s society. In the past, we lacked access to such tools, but now, they are more widely available, empowering us to navigate these challenges more effectively. Thanks for sharing your story.
