I just bought the red bands from crossover. I'm not kidding the simple addition of the handles is a complete game changer as opposed to bands by themselves. I guess you could make your own. These crossover symmetry bands may be a simple idea, but they are best piece of fitness equipment I have bought in a long time. I'm not a shill from the company either, I am actually an excited user!!
