Thank you SAL! I mentioned DANNY PADILLA a few days ago and you managed to track him down in your archives. I appreciate that. You know I was thinking YOU are sort of the GIANT KILLER of old school bodybuilding channels slaying those so called bigger guys with amazing content,fantastic photography, and that smooth narration of yours. You have the winning formula here please do not change your style. Take care and talk to you soon.

Glad to hear that brother Gtube *& ! Yes, Danny Padilla was incredible. Go back to the 1981 Mr. Olympia and you will see that HE was the real Mr. Olympia winner. Compare his physique to Franco's...the photos speak for themselves. Thanks for stopping by and leaving your nice comment. Peace, Sal 💪🏻

It’s cool that he does the more isolated curls first before the heavier curl being the barbell curls for biceps i do that and it’s really effective.

@SalsBodybuildingArchives Жыл бұрын
Yep, I agree with you brother Frank! He really should have won the 1981 Mr. Oylmpia over Franco for sure!! Remember; he also got screwed during the filming of Pumping Iron in Africa. He was disqualified because the director of the film wanted Ken Waller and Mike Katz to compete and include this into the film. Lot's of shenanigans went on and still go on behind the scenes in bodybuilding. Thanks for stopping by, Peace, Sal.

Mine too brother Glenn! Too bad Danny got so screwed at the Universe Contest during the filming of Pumping Iron and in 1981 in the Mr. Olympia Contest. Hey brother Glenn...I was thinking of featuring some of the female bodybuilders from the mid 80's, but I looked at my audience/data and I have very, very few female viewers. Do you think the ladies would go over well with all you muscle heads out there? Thanks for your suggestion, Peace, Sal 💪🏻
@Golgi-Gyges2 жыл бұрын
@@SalsBodybuildingArchives I can't say for sure. But what I think is that your audience is into aesthetic BB and personally, I appreciated both. Try it and see. Ha! Start with that little Dutch/Indonesian woman... Juliet Bergman, I think. Also, Casey Viotor's forearm training.

Okay brother Glenn; I may want to start with the first Ms. Olympia Rachel Mclish. If I do decide to feature the ladies; this video is probably a few months out at the least. Yea, Casey is in the que. Thanks Glenn, have a great weekend, Peace, Sal 💪🏻

Why can’t I get my arms to get past 16.5.. it’s been over 7 years stuck at 16… not big enuff.. I want atleast 18inchs..
@SalsBodybuildingArchives Жыл бұрын
Well brother 510fitness3; if it has been 7 years and you haven't reached your goal, maybe you already reached your size limit? I once read an article years ago where a bodybuilder in your similar situation wanted to gain a few inches on his arms and the advice was something like; he would have to gain about (I'm trying to remember) something like 40 or more pounds to be able to get those extra 2 inches or so. The size has to come from somewhere and of course hard and consistant work and lots of muscle building foods. What do you think brother? Keep in touch, Peace, Sal 💪🏻
