People keep forgetting the original Picalo was a Demon King just meant to look like the Namekians because he was the purged personification of all the evil contained in Kami, a low level God and the guardianof Earth. It wasn't until he fused back with Kami that he was once again a Namekian. Then taking on Gohan sensing his latentn power, he later showed him the Demon Blast or Masinko. The Masinko is translated as, "Demon Blast" Gohan was taught demonic techniques as a child by Picalo. That was always his most powerful technique.

Man I would be pissed if I were Vegeta too. Goku essentially made it so Vegeta would forever wonder if he was actually the legitimate winner or not because it came down to that one final attack. If Vegeta endured it he won, if he didn't Gohan won and for a prideful warrior like Vegeta never knowing would be like torture. Still I actually like how close the fight was it did a really good job of not showing up either fighter by making it one sided.

Vegeta - trained his whole life, has been on the brink of death a crazy amount of times constantly pushing his limits, a fighter to the core Gohan - trained like a fighter until he got SS2, did the bullshit max potential training which was average then pretty much lived a normal life going to school (and being a hero 😂) and having a kid with little to no training. then after super years later he starts fighting again and boom passes Vegata in one fight with orange piccolo 😂 also gohan wears glasses 😂

Here's a question. Let's say Goku didn't interfere and Vegita ended up being hit by the attack but is still standing after. Then Gohan falls to the ground while Vegita is still standing. Who's the winner then? And if Vegita falls to the ground after Gohan instead of remaining standing then who would the winner be? This makes me feel bad for Trunks. All this effort given to the son of his rival - his own son has the royal blood and a genius mother, but he’s helping the crotch spawn of radish farmers!!
