I left Mormonism. I recently was interacting with an old (50's lol) bitter Mormon woman (ex boss) who should not have any affiliation with witchcraft because of her religion. She would come seek me out to ask me how I was doing specifically every morning in an extremely disingenuous way, exactly like a monitoring spirit. She seemed gleeful if I said I was tired etc. It was pathetic. The smallest (negative) thing would just light her up. She once got excited because I was sniffling. I was perfectly fine, I just have always had a slight runny nose my entire life. It was asinine. She never asked any of my coworkers how they were, because she did not genuinely care. (It's worth mentioning I was working at Deseret Industries and most of the people they employ are mentally disabled.) She had no interest in anyone disabled, and hated me. I don't know if she actually practices, but I do know she has a familiar monitoring spirit and she was checking in on me to see if it affected me. Intentionally giving me the evil eye. Sickening that she parades around like a Christian

So. This came up on my feed. After watching, I immediately began meditation and a dispell on an italian reader who attempted to take my energy. As I began to create an image of my energy cord disconnecting from her, my stomach began to feel the same way it felt well over ten years ago while she was reading my cards, sort of like something was pulling something through my naval.
