This comment might age me but what the hell. When I lived in Germany in 1979 before there was an internet or social media, I had an English teacher (my favorite teacher btw) who didn't watch much TV and didn't have a clue who the Bee Gees were. He said he saw this virile looking trio of bearded, hairy-chested men about to perform so he was expecting a bunch of BASS and testosterone. He told our class, with a chuckle, he was floored when he heard these extremely melodic, falsetto-singing men. That was his introduction to the Bee Gees over 40 years ago. If Mr. Bruner were alive today and watching this video, he might experience a similar reaction. You still can't judge a book by its cover...thank God. This is a wonderful rendition of a song that brings back memories of halcyon days. Thank you.

LYRICS I know your eyes in the morning sun I feel you touch me in the pouring rain And the moment that you wander far from me I wanna feel you in my arms again And you come to me on a summer breeze Keep me warm in your love, then you softly leave And it's me you need to show How deep is your love? is your love? How deep is your love? I really mean to learn 'Cause we're living in a world of fools Breaking us down when they all should let us be We belong to you and me I believe in you You know the door to my very soul You're the light in my deepest, darkest hour You're my savior when I fall And you may not think I care for you When you know down inside that I really do And it's me you need to show How deep is your love? is your love? How deep is your love? I really mean to learn 'Cause we're living in a world of fools Breaking us down when they all should let us be We belong to you and me - - - And you come to me on a summer breeze Keep me warm in your love, then you softly leave And it's me you need to show How deep is your love? is your love? Wow 😮. Not shaming you. But you need to dig deep from mid 60’s to early 80’s for great songwriting pop music. I would say go before the mid 60’s but you’ll probably lose interest. But the little inkling of music you have probably heard in your short time (I’m assuming) none can hold up from majority of that era, my opinion of course. I’m not one of those musicians that say today’s music is 💩.... but to be honest 90% of it is 💩. 😆
