If you talking about overall CFB, absolutely. If you're talking about Colorado, the program has had more black HCs than any other program. Bill McCartney, our best HC, sought out black assistants and promoted them to get HC jobs. His reasoning was there was no one who can fully understand black kids from poorer black neighborhoods than black mentors. He was ahead of his time. Bob Simmons, one of his assistants, was the fourth or fifth black head coach in division one (a power program too, Oklahoma St)

I went to see some friends at Clemson in 1988 and we went to see Florida State play Clemson. At the beginning of the second half, Clemson kicked off and while the ball was in the air, Primetime turned around with his back to the ball, pumped the FSU crowd up, turned back around, caught the ball ran up the left side of field, cut across the middle, and ran into the end zone on the right right side of the field for a touchdown. The stadium was stunned! So he really could back up all his smack talking back then too. 💪🏼

He just said that if you are the best on your field you will get rich.. he didn't spoke out some unheard universal truth. 1) The "work hard, get good, get rich" is basically the core USA ideology, that was established, by protestant invaders that unlawfully toke a land it was not theirs, to justify their actions in the name of God. 2) It isn't even truth because people start from very different starting lines and opportunities comes easier to some than others, you could be amazing at what you do and still get not recognized. On the other hand there are people that are really bed at what they do and sit on top chairs just because of their families. 4) Many studies show that the difference between success and failures is often just luck. 3) The logic of "be the best, be dominant" means that everybody else that isn't has to feel bed because that is what everybody should achive. Which is impossible. It basically neglects to recognize the decency of just doing a good, average work, which is in the end what society in based on.

I'm grateful every day watching my kids grow and succeed and not have the struggles I endured, though, I'd love for one of them to surprise me with stress-free golden years! But, I'll be happy if anyone decides to give me a grandbaby. Pray & discern See if one of your kids will let you live with them. That way when they have a baby you can be in home childcare or at least help them with the children. Maybe then, they can afford to have a baby and you can afford to leave your job. My father in law said “if you wait to have children so you can afford them, you will never have children”.
