I think at the beginning where bakugo gives the comic book back is less of him feeling bad and more of him respecting heroes and understanding looking up to all might just as he does, and wasn't okay with his friends trashing on something like that. Not important but just thought it's neat to think about bakugo's mindset.

Hey just a fruit for thought. I rewatched some of seosom 2 and when Toga had taken Dekus blood. Do you remember how happy she was to show shigiraki that she took his blood? Kinda like he asked for it. And in the current arc Tomura iss getting worked on by Ujiko, and he mentioned that one for all would be in his grasp..... So I'm saying it's safe to assume that he may have place one for all in Tomura, also knowing he can copy quirks

Also in Japanese grade system they have 6 years of elementary, 3 years of junior high (7,8,9th grades) and then afterwards 3 years of high school as well.(10,11,12th grades) So in accordance to the American system they are ahead of them 1 age worth when they start high school.

Its just getting the users DNA in your system.. Deku had to eat hair and digest it.. but when bakugou got it from deku if was via their blood from their open injuries

So bakugo an deku are fighting along side each other to protect the 2 kids (nines trying to steal one of there quirks) putting there lives on the line to protect the too kids the continue to fight. Eventually nine gets the better of both with one of his quirks smashing them into the ground, wedging them feet apart. At this point you imagine they are bleeding so in a moment of desperation deku reaches out to bakugo with his bleeding hand. Bakugo thinks about it fast and reaches out his hand to midoria. The 2 grab eachothers hands and deku shares One For All with bakugo In in epic (in my opinion) scene bakugo and deku power up to 100% after beating nine both deku and bakugo pass out from exhaustion deku saying farewell ofa(its left unexplained) and they crash into the ground. All might finds them an rushes to there aid. Soon we find out bakugo lost his memory of ever using the power. And there are no traces of ofa in bakugo.
