I have tried it all, composite bonding, fillings, crowns, veeners, etc. My mouth literally cannot keep teeth. I take extensive care of my oral health in every aspect outside of vaping, but my teeth have been a problem for years before I was vaping. It’s not just avoidable, some people literally don’t have the right mouth to keep teeth. I now have denture implants, which have yet to fall or chip, but It’s a possibility. Like you clearly have not struggled with dental issues-which is good, but it isn’t as plain and simple as that. Furthermore, dental care should not be as expensive as it is. All healthcare should just be paid through taxes, which you would be paying for yourself not other people’s. also to mention cavities aren’t as easy to avoid as ppl make them out to be. I naturally have saliva that won’t properly clean my teeth, causing me to get cavities quickly and without much warning. I had crowns on my teeth at the age of 2 since my saliva wasn’t cleaning my mouth properly.

But it's still avoidable, if you have kids now or in the future don't share spoons and food with them ( don't let your saliva get to their mouth) beacuse you'll transmit your oral bacteria to theirs. Also look for general health issues and treat mouth breathing. Check the levels of phosphate and calcium. Some medication is prohibited during pregnancy and in childhood until certain age while the teeth are forming. And please nicotine is bad for your health in general and your oral health specifically, it causes gum issues and will interfere with implant integration in the bone / accelerate bone resorption. But I don't blame you, unfortunately dentists target the consequences and forget the causes. Take care of your implants by regular check-ups and good hygiene. And if you can stop smoking. Excuse my english :).

I worked as a dental assistant and there's are cases where your body rejects the implant So not only do you have to pay for it in advance and are super expensive, work could be worth up to $5,000-$10,000 for implant, bone graft and crown depending where u go, but theres a chance your body rejects it because its a foreign object Also the patient can cause the implant to get rejected by either smoking, eating and not washing area safely after, or messing with it with their tongue and have bacteria constantly go inside wound and not lettimg it heal properly Take care of your teeth people, yall have no idea the things ive seen and the tears and screams of patients coming in because of a cavity or because of a cracked tooth Plus once you lose your teeth it will never be the same again, some people cant afford to fix them so they pull them out and wont be able to chew right again , and even if u can fix them crowns and implants aren't as strong as your real teeth, YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU LOSE YOUR TEETH!! Don't wanna be that guy, but there's no pain during/after an implant surgery, as long as everything was done correctly. The only patients that report mild pain are those who receive massive bone or gingival grafts, since we have to manipulate larger areas, leading to more inflammation
