She stopped breathing deeply, afraid the sound might interfere with quieting the tempo of her bounding heartbeat. Her ears on hard to the sound of his voice as it brought to her the richness of the words she had so longed to hear. Yes then time had stopped, just as it had so many times before when their auras swirled together. One perfect moment for me to witness them as people whom have loved each other passionately. Love them both professionally the most. That kinda heat can consume one completely if no means of control exist within their radius. Wheew

I Believe in every women's life, there's always that one guy who stole our heart and for whatever the reason never could commit... the roller coaster of off and on. It honestly was an experience I can now look back on and appreciate, bc I am happily married to someone who seen my worth and appreciates me beyond words. Which to me is my true love of my life.

A lot of people say Al never wanted to marry because he was a narcissist with a lot of options but they also seem to forget the fact that his parents got divorced when he was just 2. Such things like commitment and especially marriage become difficult for a person who's coming from a broken home hence they run away even.

Main stream society puts far too much emphasis on marriage. I think that's part of the problem today. We've took a very small part of the human existence and narrowed it down to marriage and put it on steroids. In life you're going to have a multitude of different relationships, that are equally important, valuable and meaningful. To be happy and live a life full of joy and bliss and achieve a beautiful life can vary in so many ways.

Please ladies. Do not waste decades of your life on someone who won’t commit to you. And do not keep circling back around to him giving him chance after chance after chance. When a man says no, that’s usually what he means. You can’t make him change his mind. He’ll only do it if that’s what he wants. Leave it at friends and do not try for anything more. You’ll just continue to break your own heart more and more each time.

Well, considering the fact that he was with Beverly D’Angelo after her, and he has stated he considers Beverly the love of his life, I don’t think the relationship would’ve been anything, period. Diane Keaton is an actress. She's able to transform herself into anyone she wants in front of public. However, it doesn't seem she does this. She seems to be extremely real and exposes her vulnerabilities with her relationships almost easily. I haven't had a lot of relationships or heartbreak in my life but the ones I have, I do not I expose my vulnerabilities. I completely bury them and do not let anyone know I'm hurting or have any type of heartbreak. I'm not sure why, maybe simply that I'm not brave enough to experience the effect of my emotions. Maybe it's pride. Not sure, But I've always thought those who can admit to heartbreak and expose themselves in a vulnerable way in front of others or even in front of themselves, that is for the brave at heart. Good for her. Diane Keaton is timeless. Her funky, weird style, wearing the clothes in a way that no one else wears them but she manages to make the weird look amazing., It's almost as if she whips her clothes into shape, you are not wearing me, I am wearing you, let's get that straight! Beautiful woman, beautiful soul, beautiful style.

Apparently, not marrying was not so bad as they both have had exemplary over-the-top lives. I can fully understand how she was mesmerized by Pacino's handsomeness. His perfect, sexy face with the vulnerable-to-powerful eyes commanded Keaton's heart as it did all of us in the Godfather movies. The most intelligent, intuitive, visionary directorial decision to cast Pacino as Michael, the son, in the Godfather paved the way for the world to witness and enjoy forever the greatest acting of a singular, talented acting ability of one actor, Pacino, and we all love Francis Ford Coppola's brilliant decision and are so grateful to him for his choosing. Greatness seeks greatness. Keaton with all her extraordinary talent deserved to be right beside him. The entire, assembled cast was so incredibly gifted, so unique in their own way, but the "X" factor of excitement, thrills, never-ending interest at a level of unparalleled, hypnotic entrancement in acting with the great Pacino is what made the Godfather movies the most-watched, most revered of that era. 20 years of her life. I just can't give that much of my time and youth to anybody. I was always of the thought of that old adage, " Why buy... ?". I have two female family members who NEVER would marry. Some of us just don't hit that "love jackpot". She always wears black and white. Al's a player-player. Pacino's very high energy for sure.

He was so beautiful in The Godfather movies, but he aged badly. Also I hated the loud, obnoxious characters he portrayed in later films. For me, his best role was the cool, calm, but calculating Michael Corleone.

I see what she meant about his face. When he was younger that face was gorgeous, but I agree he didn’t age well. On the other hand, I thought she aged extremely well. Had they gotten married, I am not so sure she would have stayed with him. There are a lot of relationships that start out lustful and passionate, but once that is gone they end the relationship because the entire relationship was built on attraction. There is also something about that one person that you can never get to commit that makes you want them more.

I am so thrilled to see such appreciation for Diane. For a time all I saw was criticism of her fashion sense, painting her to be some sort of freak. I adore her. The First Wives’ Club has to be one of the greatest films of all time, without needing fancy CGI or billions spent on production. It fills me with joy every time I watch it. I never knew that she was involved with Al Pacino, he missed out.

Honestly though, even if he married her, they wouldn't have lasted long because some men aren't made for marriage. This happened to me so I know what's like to love and cherish someone but he didn't love me enough to keep the marriage. While you live with your dream lover thinking that things are going perfectly, he/she gets up one day to inform you that "this isn't working"💔 I envy those people who're married till death; I really do!

Nooo Diane just picks guys who can't commit. If she couldn't dump any time wasters as soon as she knew they couldn't see themselves married to her after some good time period, and only be in a relationship with serious candidates who want marriage, she would have dates, and maybe will be in a budding relationship or not, but she would have much more fun.

Elizabeth .. I gave myself 5 years to evaluate whether or not to graduate from amateur level to professional actor. Although I absolutely loved the actual craft of shape-shifting into characters...I didn't like the personality changes. Did become more selfishly driven. No personal life. And when I looked ahead at the baloney actors have to go through to promote their work...and loss of privacy.. should heaven help ya-- one should become famous for something... I decided to pass. In my book... the price of losing my anonymity was just too high.
