Indeed, the voice of Bilal (RA) must have been truly powerful and resonant (deep/clear) to reach the corners of the city. It's said that his devotion and sincerity added a spiritual depth to his voice that touched the hearts of those who heard him. However, it's also important to remember that cities during that time were much smaller and quieter without the modern noises we have today. In fact, research suggests that the population of Mecca during the time of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was only about 500 to 600 people www.medievalists.net/2022/08/mecca-population-prophet-mohammed/). I've listened previous lectures. It never said the prophet went to ask for the hand of the lady for julaibib. Julaibib went in person! Can someone shed some clarity please! Am here to learn! Not to create chaos!
