if my calculations were correct, and if the train was doing roughly 90 MPH, heavy would need to have exerted around ~1,223,516,800 newtons of force to stop the train. for comparison, the average person can only exert 1,000 newtons of force. dont mess with the heavy.

Now to calculate whether Heavy is stronger than Mr. Incredible, who was shown in the first film to be able to lift a diesel locomotive that looks like an ALCO PA (153 short tons) but has the side paneling of of an EMD F7 (123 short tons plus 1,700 pounds; I'd go with the prior estimate though), as well as pull a train at running speed (cannot guess the speed of the train too well, but I assume it was 10-20 mph)

say, u do realize the engine itself in the sfm film had this weird axle arrangement of 3 sets of bogies, 1 at the front where the cab was and 2 pair set at the back, like the back part of the loco was stretched/lengthened to have this sorta hybrid of a DDA40X truck arrangement, just with 2 GP style axles/trucks instead of a single 8 wheel bogie
