@@shashidhar6959 absolutely correct .l can't deny to whatever u said. but l think u will agree, that the so called influencers nowadays uses KZbin platform to showcase bullshit idealogies. Same holds for fitness industry as well .On KZbin everyone is a fitness expert nowadays. It also goes for the guy interviewing in the video .His prior fitness videos are the worst to be very honest .
