The octopus at the end was from when Jellyroll took the green shot and he got big. He threw the shot glass backwards after taking it and it lands in a baby carriage. A second later you see the baby in the baby carriage start to grow tentacles for a second and get bigger.

My best guess for the budget on their videos is somewhere between $500k-2M. I remember Ronnie saying the videos cost "Way more than a Rolls Royce" and that car sells for 300-500k. I know his label Epitaph Records probably takes care of most the bill, but Ronnie pours thousands and thousands of his own money to get the video how he wants it. He looks at the videos as an investment that will stand the test of time.
