Wow, i got this box back in 2019 as an intro to opening packs. I was lucky enough to pull a Sundin Jambalaya. Guess this is by far my most valuable pull lol

I miss Fleer Ultra. This set looked awesome and was one of the freshest designs that season. It would be nice if UD revived this set. Also was a big fan of Fleer Ultra in the 90s, particularly the first set in 1992-93, and the 1996-97 season that had the script-style nameplates.

Really enjoyed this box. Love the older product. Really liked the Kimmo jersey card. Big flyers fan even though they suck this year. Well for about 10 years. Hope you do a series on this product.

Ebay prices are crazy rn. I bought 9 tins of 15-16 series 1 in 2018 for 59.99 each. They've been going for 350-400 now. Wish I wouldn't have opened them

The numbering on those essential credentials should be, one version numbered to the players jersey number, and the other would be numbered to 100 minus the players jersey number. So the other Stastny would be out of 26.

You should open 2016-17 upper deck Canada juniors. I've seen boxes that are sold for about $100 which isn't bad at all considering the good pulls you can get out of that.

Shipping to Canada from the United States is pricey - at minimum $15 (USD) and if you want tracking then that's another $5.. That's why a lot of sellers in the US avoid shipping to Canada - it's not that they don't want to - it's that it doesn't make much sense unless it's a higher end card or something along those lines... Look, I have no issues shipping to Canada if the buyer wants to pay the shipping, but that doesn't make sense for a $20-30 dollar card - well, unless it's a really scarce card a collector needs for a set or something which happens on occasion. And yea, I know some sellers send cards as a "letter" but that only works on occasion - not only that but only a fool would be comfortable sending anything but commons or base cards as a letter just to cheapen the shipping... No, if you're going to send anything higher than base or commons in the mail - regardless of where it's going - you gotta do it right.

Seems like a neat potential series. I mean even if you don't do "well" you aren't getting fleeced. Most of the stuff you open you are only getting about 10% value on a box unless you hit one of a couple of key cards. This stuff worst case scenario you'll get half value. And you have upside. Seems like a no brainer.

They get the number by subtracting the jersey number, so Gretzky should be a 1/1 like OPC CHROME ice parallel 18-19 at least that's how my foresberg is numbered

Looks like the weird numbered cards are their jersey number minus 100, so stastsny is numbered to 74 his number is 26. 100-26 = 74

This is exactly what it is. Essential Credentials Now is numbered to the jersey numbers, Essential Credentials Future is numbered to 100 minus the jersey number. The original cards were numbered to the card number for EC Now (i.e. card #1 is a 1 of 1, card #2 would be out of 2) and EC Future was reverse order (last card in the set was 1 of 1.)
