I wish IGN actually took time for reviews, they could enjoy how much is in something like Sparking Zero rather than just 4 hours of playing it and struggling (Because they haven’t gotten time to get used to the game) and then having to keep track of all their thoughts.

I'd rate Sparking Zero around a 7 or 8 at most as well. Good game but I'm not gonna glaze it just cause I like Dragon Ball. BT3 is better gameplay wise imo. Some Dragon Ball fans think everything Dragon Ball related has to be rated 10/10 no matter what.

To play neutral here one is an indie or double aa game and the other is a high budget triple a game. So while dustborn is a 7 out of ten from an indie or double aa game perspective where sparking zero as much as I love the game is deserving of its 7 out of ten as it's doesn't really blow anything out of the water from a triple a game perspective. That's at least how I rate these games cause they have a different budget and different team size and etc etc. But yeah ign rating doesn't make sense

The problem with this is that I'm not gonna like a game more because it's an indie. Baldur's Gate, Hades, Witchfire, Stardew Valley, Celeste, these are all indies closer to Sparking Zero than Dustborn will ever be.
