I would never even doubt your Mums capabilities to manage the girls. She was a young Mum herself and is obviously incredibly resilient. Keep getting better. 😊

It is good that grandma is willing to stay and be there as the girls grow up, because they need a mother figure. They are too close to their grandma already. While they are babies, it is time for planning for their future, their education, and such.

One thing my daughter loved to eat as a toddler was plain rice mixed with plain yogurt. It’s quite nutritious and simple so definitely worth a try if they already like plain rice :)

It sounds like u had sepsis. Which is a blood bacterial infection. Its very serious and hospital is the only place you coukd have gone. It eill take a long time to recover, get lots of rest😊
