+Dương Nguyễn Ngọc It is preguntar + le, "le" somehow meaning 'this' or 'it' - Asking this, 'this' here meaning if people are dependend on techonology.

+Dương Nguyễn Ngọc preguntar is the verb infinitive, while preguntarle is the same as le preguntar. Por ejemplo: Puede decirme ¿dónde está el baño? lo mismo como Me puede decir ¿dónde está el baño?
