I would like to add one more thing... As nykaa nd amzon offers same products but sometimes on nykaa it's costly nd on amazon it's cheap. But I still prefer to buy from nykaa on the higher rates also because I always believe that they deliver original products as amazon doesn't do sometimes!! That's why people are loyal towards nykaa in case of beauty products 👍

If you ask me, nykaa's services is deteriorating day by day Not just me, but see the okay store reviews, everyone is facing same issues, the help team is not at all concerned about their customers, many are not able to track their orders, pricing is going high a lot, while other sites like am*zn and myntr* offer same products for lesser Price, this way they are losing thousands of customers Sorry but nykaa didn't expect this from your side, worst experience you gave

I think Nykaa could also benefit by making their content accessible in regional languages rather than only English, as many first time buyers might not be fluent and might even be intimidated when bombarded with so much new information in a language they don't understand. I think more companies should start tapping into the potential of regional languages, they're missing out on a number of consumers who are new users of smartphones and have new-found access to the internet, but sadly not a lot of services cater to these consumers. Consumers with buying power continue to buy inauthentic stuff from corner shops simply because they do not know that better stuff is out there.

The reason I spend ten thousands on Nykaa is because of the availability of several beauty brands in one platform. You can get Korean brands that usually take 3 weeks to come from Korea. I usually go for Bobbi Brown for base makeup and most of the time, I get freebies which I don’t get at the store. Great platform for local brands too.
