She is a real person but her grammar is faulty, eg "her herself would..." when it should be "she herself" and her pronunciation is, as you say, also faulty, eg when she says "grevious" instead of "grievous".

Alice of Athlone was an obligate carrier, inheriting the one faulty X chromosome from her father.
