History has proved over and over again how man has always tried to explain his origin without the Creator (like today's main stream media and the vast majority of people). Only small minority of people have always been right. These have always been the ones who get critized, name called, and mocked. Like *"Creationists"* I am glad to be part of this small group 😊

I think man’s search for an agnostic answer to the puzzle is really fueled by his own higher reasoning, the “spark” (Gen 1.26), which ultimately drives us to the purpose of the creating process. This learning process is marked by continued stumbling blocks through the inclination which followed the time our image was stolen (Gen 3.6). Now, fulfillment of creation is in our own hands and we are readily capable of doing so, as it is in our DNA (Gen 4.7)

Yes, history has proved how man has tried to explain without the intervention of magical supernatural entities. People try to find an explanation that fits with what we know about the natural processes of physics and chemistry. Since we know nothing about the existence of any creator, it is not something that can be studied. Creationists may well be right, but so far we have no evidence to prove this.

@stevepierce6467 Dr. Isaiah Rubinstein explains that the helixes that make up our DNA is held together by a series of sulfur bonds BETWEEN the base pairs (GCAT) that constitute your genetic code. And that these bonds are not randomly placed or evenly placed. But, there’s a sulfur bond, then 10 base pairs , then another sulfur bond, then 5 base pairs, another bond, then 6 base pairs, another bond, then 5 base pairs before the pattern repeats itself. 10-5-6-5-10-5-6-5-10-5-6-5… over and over, holding our DNA together. This means nothing to native English speakers, of course, because we use Latin letters and Arabic numerals. But Hebrew uses letters as their numbers. Aleph is both the first letter of the alephbet, and the first number. The number 10 is a Yohd. 5 is a He. 6 is a Vav (or Waw, if you have an Arabic dialect). 5 again is a He. 10-5-6-5, your DNA held together with God’s signature יהוה over and over.

My friend, you do mean this version of the flood right, because flood myths are common across a wide range of cultures, extending back into Bronze Age and Neolithic prehistory. Some myths vary with twists of the characters involved. They claim Noah's flood version is a take-off of the Gilgamesh flood myth. And there are about 20 flood stories from native Americans such as Choctaw, Hopi, Cree, Inuit, etc. I'm not sure how this one is much different from all the others, as they all appear to be exactly what they are called, myths.

Yes, sometimes it happens fast, and sometimes it happens slowly. It depends on the volume of water and the type of rock formation.
@stevepierce6467
@stevepierce6467 19 күн бұрын
Nope. Flood waters over soil or sand drastically alter the landscape. Over solid rock, not at all. Have you never noticed how downspouts on houses have a splash trough at the bottom......made of concrete or other hard material? Without it, every rainfall would dig out a huge destructive hole in the soft soil by your house. With it, rain after rain comes and sluices harmlessly off into your yard. Rushing waters carrying sand or pebbles or bigger rocks can have an influence over time, over a VERY LONG time. Sorry, there is simply no evidence of a global flood, and plenty of places undisturbed ever by any cataclysmic flood as evidence for no biblical deluge.

We imagine how the water could gouge out or carve out and flow down and through mountains because of the amount of water rushing through and we can imagine that earthquake and volcanoes erupting could help raise the land or open and create deep valleys and landscapes. However , one thing we seem to forget or not take into consideration is that while it was raining a deluge from above(heavens) even the deep or coming out from the depths of the earth, water was gushing forth too. So great geysers of water bursting and shooting forth from deep within earth itself could be part of the cause of those deep cracks and rifts between canyons as well as the sheer drops in the earth. Genesis7:11In the six hundredth year of Noaḥ’s life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, on that day all the fountains of the great deep were broken up, and the windows of the heavens were opened. Genesis 8:2And the fountains of the deep and the windows of the heavens were stopped, and the rain from the heavens was withheld.

@Fordry
@Fordry 14 күн бұрын
No. Consider the depth of the flood sediments. At the Grand Canyon you're looking at several thousand feet deep. It's like that over much of the world. The flood event carved enough rock so quickly to put thousands of feet of sediment down as the flood calmed and began to recede. It wasn't a calm thing. And no man-made structures from that time could possibly have survived. The world that we have today is not anything at all like the world that existed before.

@Fordry why do archaeologists lie about the Turkish sites been 12000 years old?
@Fordry
@Fordry 13 күн бұрын
@I...am...becauseIhavetobe carbon dating is how that was achieved. Carbon dating has issues back that far. It's not actually reliable for time. Carbon14 dating assumes stable carbon14 to carbon12 ratios in the atmosphere. There are several factors involved in that process. The Earth's magnetic field is one and it's been measured to be falling precipitously, at a rate consistent with the biblical timeframe. If it was stronger in the past that means less carbon14 in the past and this will give the appearance of older ages of dating based on ratios seen at present. Scientists found measurable carbon14 in coal samples supposedly millions of years old. That is not supposed to be possible. Carbon14 decays too fast for that. The mainstream ignores this stuff because carbon14 gives the ages of things that they want. They're locked into their idea and they just reinterpret everything based on that idea. And when reinterpretation isn't possible, it's shunned and ignored. Woe is the scientist who tries to actually point out the issues. So believing these ages they get for these old archaeology sites based on carbon dating is foolish. The method is demonstrated to be problematic. And problematic in exactly the direction that would lend credence to what the Bible says.

The thousands of years between the Glacial Maximum and the Holocene Climate Optimum was a rapid warming. Melting glaciers on the continents surface as well as on the Arctic Ocean and Baltic Ocean created extreme atmospheric water vapor by evaporation. Enough that global precipation created terrestrial inland seas and lakes in high elevations for hundreds of years. That sandstone and limestone layers are easily eroded once the water level is high enough to create a stream through a slightly lower elevation that has a slope downwards from the lakes. As you said, these grains of sand are likely corrosive. It's like wet-sandblasting rust off of metal. Evidence of giant lakes was uphill from the mouth of the Grand Canyon, created during the Holocene Climate Optimum. Other people have done geological studies about them. People forget that atmospheric water vapor is many times greater than carbon dioxide, of which was recently said to be 180ppm 22,000 years ago at that transition between the Glacial Maximum and the Holocene Climate Optimum 12,700 years ago, before the Biblical Noah's Flood occurred. That's 10,300 years of heavy global warming evaporation and precipitation. And yet during that transition period, the Aboriginal population in Australia occurred, and the first humans began populating North America.

Many say that over 99% of the fossil record are extinct animals and plants. Some associate large igneous provinces around the world with mass extinctions. The Flood likely did not cause 99% of mass extinctions in the fossil record. Canyons would have been easily eroded when the landforms were extremely hot from metamorphism when mountains were uplifted. Ice age features appear to have been formed catastrophically when mountains were uplifted, and river channels were eroded. Psalm 104 may refer to original creation.

SIN'S VIOLENCE? In Genesis 7:11, "In the sixth hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventh day of the month, the same day were all of the foundations of the great deep broken up and the windows of heaven were opened." The foundations of the earth were broken up. That certainly put pressure on the earthen globe. Genesis 8:2-3. "The fountains of the deep and the windows of heaven were stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained; And the waters were returned from off the earth continually: and after the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters were abated." In Genesis 10:1, we are told that Noah's grandchildren were born after the flood. One of the sons is Shem. Whose sons are listed in Genesis 10:22-32. There was Shem, then Arphaxad, then Salah then Eber. Eber was the father of Peleg. He was named Peleg for in his days was the earth divided, verse 25. 'The foundations of the earth were broken up. The earth no longer had the single continent. There are tectonic plates. The earth is no longer gently watered by the morning dew. We now have earthquakes, tsunsmies, hurricanes, tornados, landslides, floodings.

It was the first time that God judged the world and destroyed every man, woman, child, expectant mothers carrying babies. Only "Eight souls were saved". The rest were not saved. The 2nd time was the judgement of SODOM and GOMMORAH. Only LOT and his daughters were SAVED. The rest were reduced to "ashes". The 3rd judgement was when EGYPT suffered the death of every firstborn - men, women, children, expectant mothers. The next judgement is when Christ returns in Revelation 19:11.

It does not seem to me that any mountains lifted up just from reading the Bible. The ark came to rest on a mountain. So that seems to take away any notion that they were not there during the flood. Not only that but we see that the water receded, and there's no indication that mountains rose up.

These charlatans never mention the Kali Gandaki river gorge in the Himalayas. This is a river that flowed into the ocean before the collision of the Indian sub continent with Asia. The mountains rose up from the sea bed and were eroded by the river. It still flows to the sea, but through the mountains. Try that in 4000 years.

If you've ever been to a river, it looks quite similar to a mini-Grand Canyon in the making. And you'll note how fragile and unpredictable the erosion is if you visit the same spot multiple times. I remember this one ridge (at a much smaller and less impressive river, mind you) where we would descend like stairs so we could relax in the water, almost completely eroded away and we had to take a turn to go down to the actual river. Whatever hurt or unfairness you have been through in your life (we tend to do that to each other as humans), Jesus already took it upon Himself and can comfort your pain. Isaiah 53:4-6 "Surely He took on our infirmities and carried our sorrows; yet we considered Him stricken by God, struck down and afflicted. But He was pierced for our transgressions,He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed. 6We all like sheep have gone astray, deach one has turned to his own way; and the LORD has laid upon Him the iniquity of us all.
