I know multiple women who earn more than 50 lpa.. Consistency is the key for anyone’s career.. I am probably on the way too🤞☺️.. It is harder for women to get back to work after kid.. and if family is supportive, any thing is possible! All the best to all the ladies out there😘😘

This was gold , if we can have more in the series. Rarely we see qualified women talking about money and their journey, definitely inspiring young girls.

Really these two ladies are so honest regarding husband integrity and giving the answers so technically. It is really mind blowing

This was great! We as working women employees have rare chances to hear from a female mentor whom we can relate to. They were so candid and straight forward in answering.. want more of working women in higher roles please!! And not businesswomen, as we have a lot of podcasts for that.. but normal female employees in hugher designations that we can look up to

With me and my wife, we have an understanding that no matter what we earn, everything goes into a joint account and each one of us owns 50-50. Even our demat accounts are joint accounts. The question of money has never come into out mind after that.

Lot of money sitting in savings Bank account is such a easy way to depreciate money. I think woman are way more smarter than men when it comes to jnvesting money. Realization comes late to some people but once after that she is unstoppable.

in my case,i manage multiple household works with my Btech engg college ,loosed mother at the age of 8 to facing a lot of struggles, no one beleives, especially women community that men can manage household and take care of sister of brother kids with studies and job ,why typical indian society or relatives and even some of the family members doesnt believe, so household and kids task are related to women, and money management and financial success is more concentrated to men,why women wants to become like a men, what about men s value in the society and a underrated men will be there in the next few years, because the problem with men is they need to put more efforts to multitask between home and work.thats the problem,i personally facing sometimes like stress and not getting rest also, men needs to fight like women before some years, because future will be of women and they will rule in houses as men use to do,so dear men,be strong mentally and make yourself strong to manage household kids and good career to show society anf feel proud of our gender itself

They come from privileged family which provided them quality education…. Many women barely make money to employ maids and nanny or cooks.

Now ask middle class women who earn not more than 10 lakhs and hassles between work and home cause her husband feels it's isn't man's task to work at home. That is the case of majority working women in india and what you saw here is just top 1% who are supported by maids at home. Men need to be more mentality stronger to accept the reality of working women not being completely able to handle household alone. Women hassle a lot while they see men getting everything spoon fed at home which creates frustration among women cause they are already tired from work and are asked to work at home.
