I run Howe's. I have two bottles of Diesel 911 just in case! Same story you had said it was my wife's small tractor, I didn't realize the diesel would turn into Green Jello, and it was 20 below and that tractor would not move. So I look in the fuel tank, yes with a flashlight, I look at the 10 gallon tank full of green jello. I've never seen anything like that and I never want to see that again! LOL

I put power service during filling. My pickup I forget brand. Wife won 24 bottles of conditioner, anti gel. (Plus winter blend) so running it a bit lite rate. (As when I priced it that stuff was $$$$$)

Stanadyne is the only fuel treatment i use. There is a review video here on the youtube that shows how well it compares with all the rest. It even works on a powerstroke.

Your story about fuel jelling reminds me of one time we had to move a bunch of equipment to a show. Around here it doesn’t usually get to cold. However this time we had a real dozy of a storm. I think we had one tractor in the shop. Everything had summer diesel in it and it was a real mess trying to move stuff. Never did get a couple of tractors fired up. Had some extra floor space at that show. Thanks for the story!

Up here in frozen Wisconsin we like to use straight No.1 fuel ⛽️ in farm chore tractors.Yes a little less power but at 30 below the tractor 🚜 will run. My son drives truck up in very very cold 🥶 North Dakota. He uses 911 in blended fuel ⛽️. He also has a new fuel filter with him.He has run in 40 below temperatures and the wind 🌬 chill can jell the fuel. He swears at and by 911. It works the best.

I have been using Howes, but I am doing triple dose because there is usually some bio still in my barrel which is worse than straight Diesel.

I found your channel after I finished watching another channel out in New York and your video was next. Great job on your videos. I saw the video of your dad’s close call of going into the ditch. I am a survivor of only the few of an auger accident in 1989. So I understood the conversation you and your dad were having in his truck. Very thankful to be alive and all the glory goes to Jesus Christ for saving me! Thank you for sharing!

Power Service works great, never had an issue with fuel.. Silver jug in summer White jug in winter Red (911) once it gels

i run premium diesel 12 months a year . I know it cost more but I don't have to worry about my fuel any time of the year and here in northern Michigan you better be taking steps to help yourself . I also treat every storage tank fill with 911 after filling .I hate fuel problems ,it never happens in good weather .

Living in Wi ... the fuel treatment we use is get a blend of kerosene and diesel mixed and we only use 911 when the feul filter gels or the feul gels ...

When using diesel fuel in winter time its best to get diesel fuel that's treated for winter from fuel facilities so it won't gel up.

I was stationed in the Artic in the USAF on some of our diesel's we put a little bit of gas with the diesel, no problem with the gel.

Favorite diesel treatment,straight number 1... If you've ever changed fuel filters on a semi truck at -20 on the interstate highway while cars go by at 70 mph you'll realize that ending up ran over is a real possibility, never again.And ya that was a Cenex winterblend.

I run power service in everything regardless if they say it's winter fuel or not. I've been in your shoes to many times to risk running with out it. If I do happen to gel up then it's diesel 911. I've had many of those days where a project should take couple hours, 6 hours later you haven't even gotten close to starting on the original project.
