THE PROMISE OF EARLY PLANTED SOYBEANS - After getting rained out to the south we take a two hour tractor ride to the north to plant our soybeans up there and do some custom work as well. We take a look at the early planted soybeans this year and how our Syngenta products are helping us out with early season stress.
I think that this year is the year where treated soybeans are really going to shine and show that not all treated seed is equal. This year we used premium seed treatments from Syngenta and applied Saltro with CruiserMaxx APX to some soybeans. The Saltro is giving us SDS and SCN protection
while the CruiserMaxx APX is protecting our soybeans from Pythium and Phytophthora along with early-season insects including soybean aphids. This year I think we are seeing an instant ROI with our soybean emergence in the tough conditions and I am going to attribute that to seed treatment!
