How Did Wallachia Gain its Indepedence? - Battle of Posada

⭐️After the end of the Arpad Dynasty, Hungary was having hard times and in 1308 after an interregnum, Charles Robert of the Anjou House became the leader of the nation.
⭐️Walachia, a vassal of the Hungarian state, under the leadership of Basarab I sought to achieve its indepedence, but Charles was mad at his actions and led an invasion.
⭐️The large Hungarian Army advanced deep in Wallachian and territtory and would encounter their outnumbered counter-parts, in a ravine at the Battle of Posada.

Very good job! The place of the battle has to be a long and narrow canion,in which so much army could go throgh before they realize that's an ambush.The walachians have made trenches and palisades deep in that canion.The way would be litlle wide since they could throw big stone from above.There is only one place near Argesh which fit to the story ,the Canion from Dambovicioara, alongside the Dambovicioara river.The place must be rich at arrows heads.
