He didn’t do anything special; KZbin automatically highlights those buttons when you shout “Like” and “Subscribe” in the video. I noticed the same thing in another video and tried it out on my own channel 😁

15:18 I'm not agree with her....trans people here have better life here compared to other parts of india...plus LGBTQ community is strong here.....also some people hate this LGBTQ community as well..imo its common in all over the world....but majority of us dont care about it.....10 or 15 years ago they was treating poorly but now people treat them with respect....i also had a trance friend in my office..
